The place is ok and well located. People are helpful but hotel is tired, it will benefit from a renovation

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and concierge, located just between Trieste and Nomentano in a very nice neighborhood and lots of nice park and friendly fogs in the area. Great room which was kept in perfect condition without any problems and the breakfast was really really good with a lot to choose from. Located around 2 miles from the Colosseum and Trevi fountain but the metro is just around the corner that heads to all the attractions.

Ottima struttura situata in un bellissimo quartiere di Roma, personale gentilissimo, colazione ottima, camere pulite e luminose, struttura curata e molto accogliente . Ci siamo stati anche in un altra occasione e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

What can we say? We missed this hotel from the very moment we left it and regretted not having been able to remain there longer (especially as the next step of our trip was Istanbul where we had an absolutely horrible experience with the hotel there). The suite we booked was much larger than we had expected - bear in mind that we come from a country that is renowned for four and five star resorts and we have been lucky enough to stay in some of these. Yet even in comparison the suite at Hotel Fenix looked huge. Staff were impeccable. Their professionalism was extremely reassuring for us as we arrived late for check-in after our train to Rome had been delayed. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was provided, there were sockets and USB docks for charging devices, internet was fast. Having previously stayed in a more central area near Termini, we were concerned that this location might be too remote, but it turned out to be easily accessible by bus (though not metro) and within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The bus stop to Termini is found almost on the doorstep of the hotel. There is a nice little garden with chairs and a lounge area outside, which we were unfortunately unable to fully enjoy as our planning for this trip was totally chaotic. Ditto for the library and other areas we wished we had better explored. I can only wish that someday I get another chance to stay at this hotel and feel very grateful to its personnel.

L’hotel si trova lungo la Nomentana, a 5 minuti dalla stazione Sant’Agnese/Annibaliano della metro B, quindi in ottima posizione. Il personale è molto preparato e fa sentire l’ospite subito a proprio agio: gli addetti alla reception sono persone alla mano e sanno dare un sacco di informazioni utili, gli addetti alla colazione sono sempre disponibili e gentilissimi. Ho alloggiato in una camera tripla ad uso doppia: la stanza ha uno stile classico ma è curata e molto spaziosa (il letto singolo ha una stanza dedicata solo per sé). La camera dà sulla via laterale della Nomentana quindi è molto silenziosa, il materasso è buono ed è confortevole anche il cuscino… tutte caratteristiche che permettono di riposare divinamente! Il bagno non è enorme ma è fornito di tutto ciò che serve, compreso un box doccia molto ampio. Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero ottimo, consiglio caldamente questa struttura.

Il mio soggiorno di una notte, in camera n. 6, è stato semplicemente perfetto. All’ingresso i concierge disponibilissimi, espeditivi e naturalmente gentili e privi di affettazione nei loro modi. La camera perfetta, accurata, pulita, silenziosa, ben rassettata, il letto e i cuscini confortevoli, le nuance della camera riposanti pur con quel sapiente twist di originalità dato dagli abbinamenti cromatici di tessuti e pareti. Ambienti comuni (salottini) armoniosi e rasserenanti. Colazione ricchissima e abbondante, con personale di sala qualificato ed ospitale. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo, complimenti alla Proprietà ed ai dipendenti.

Es una gran opción para qued**** en Roma el metro Annibaliano esta muy cerca, si lo tomas de Termine solo son u. Par de estaciones de distancia

Sono tornato dopo un po' di tempo al Fenix; le camere sono state parzialmente rinnovate, togliendo la moquette e mettendo un più igienico parquet. Si dorme comodi anche se la mattina il rumore del traffico dalla via Nomentana si fa sentire (ero alla 202 che da sulla via ed è al primo piano). Pulizia nella norma sia in camera che in bagno, dove però trovo inaccettabile nel 2023 la tenda nella doccia. Colazione con discreta varietà di dolce e salato. Una nota di merito al personale, molto cordiale con gli ospiti.

Un Hotel perfetto in tutto con personale molto gentile e disponibile . I proprietari sono presenti in albergo e sono sempre molto cortesi . Veniamo da oltre 30 anni in questo hotel e siamo sempre stati trattati bene . Ha anche un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. da consigliare a tutti.

Un net progrès pour cet hôtel bien placé près de la Luiss School of Government et dans un quartier encore tranquille, pour Rome. Accueil sympathique et les chambres, au 4°, cette fois, sont tranquilles. Très bon petit-déjeuner!

Struttura situata in quartiere tranquillo e ben frequentato. Buona la posizione rispetto alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, circostanza che permette di spostarsi facilmente in città. Punto di forza dell'hotel è senz'altro il personale, gentilissimo e professionale sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Ottima colazione, varia e completa. Camere spaziose, pulite e confortevoli.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel confortable et très propre. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et abondant. Le matelas était assez dur et la literie standard mais ok. À 6 minutes à pied du métro et très près de l'arrêt du bus (il ne faut pas être pressé pour le bus, mais très pratique en fin de soirée.) Hôtel à recommander !
