I like the place. It’s near the station. The room is great. The staff is cute and nice. I cannot ask for more

位置在中央火車站邊上，挺方便。但國外的小旅館總體的環境和設施就相對簡陋一些，如果衹是住一晚睡一覺，這不失是一個很好的選擇

Отель удачно расположен, на первой линии от Термини. Удобно уезжать- приезжать из Фьюмичино. Райончик так себе, бомжи и прочее, но вполне безопасный. Кафешек вокруг очень много. В доме несколько отелей, по ощущению, просто выкупленные квартиры. В номере всё необходимое, свой душ, холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор. Довольно чисто, современный ремонт, чистое бельё, удобные кровати. Могу рекомендовать отель для остановки на денек- другой.

Reception was nice, easy check in. The place was ok for the price you pay. It’s close to the main train station and bus stations. It is easy to get fast to where you want. The daily cleaning could be better, they didn‘t throw away the old shampoos and lotions just put a new one there. The bathroom is a bit small and narrow. But it’s still acceptable for few days to stay

I'm really happy with my stay, hotel was recently refurbished and spotlessly clean, it looks brand new. Location is near the main train and bus station which was handy, and 20 minutes walk to major attraction, lots of rental scooters and e-bikes nearby that can be rented using different apps which was a good experience too to scoot and see all the sights to avoid walking in the sun. Supermarket right opposite the hotel too for all groceries. Only issue is that there's no kettle, I think a kettle will be a great addition to the room.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for what I needed (Sapienza University & traveling) and the air conditioning worked amazingly well during the middle of record-setting heatwave. There were some things that could have been in better condition (e.g. marks on walls that hadn't been repainted) and my room didn't have any kind of bedside table, but the bed was fine and the rest just doesn't bother me.

First of all, the photos on the web site do not represent the rooms correctly. The hotel is in extremely sketchy area. There is no security at the entrance, anyone can walk into the building during the day and take the elevator to your room. There are several hotels around this one that have actual hotel entrances that are secured, but not this one. When you enter the building, there is a sign that you have to go to the left to the hotel. It’s a very small lobby and the person who works there doesn’t speak any English. I felt extremely unsafe there knowing that anyone from the street can walk up to the room. They do lock the entrance door at some point, probably after midnight. The room was very basic. There was unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes, the toilet seat looked worn out, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the AC did work, but wasn’t able to cool down the room temperature because it was hot outside. The location is perfect for early departure from Termini and you should be safe exiting the hotel because there are at least 5-6 delivery trucks at any time of the night (probably would be a nightmare to have a room facing the street because the sound insulation is non-existent). It’s a good place if you have no valuable belongings and are looking for a bit cheaper stay, but I would never stay in the hotel again.

Was staying in Rome the one night as we had to transfer to another city in the morning. Great place to stay, close to the train line, close to the metro system. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast at the hotel was brilliant. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.
