Perfect location for exploring Rome. Very friendly & knowledgeable host . Room cleaned daily , good value . Would definitely stay again.

Sweet Dreams was a wonderful little find. It’s a small hotel situated in a great location. We seemed to be no more than 15 mins walk from the major sights, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Coliseum, Spanish steps. There is an elevated garden across the street and you can look out over portions of the city. Giovanni was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Proving a map and directions to the major sights. There are many places to eat and a bus stop close by to get to areas outside the city center.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK OR YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. We arrived at 2pm and got ghosted. No replies to emails or calls. We were left in the cold stairwell. The lazy staff finally replied after 1 hour and said "oh you didn't tell me what time you were arriving". Unfortunately I still got charged 1 night stay for over 130 euros.

THIS IS A SCAM. MY FAMILY WAS LEFT IN THE COLD FOR AN HOUR AND NO ONE OPENED THE DOOR. I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE BOOKING WITH NO HELP FROM **********

Giovanni was great - he had lots of information about the area and great recommendations. He was very helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed!

Excellent location, close to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon and others. The service of the owner directly excellent, he explained to us how to be able to appreciate the city efficiently, we arrived a little earlier than planned and he prepared the room for us to be able to use it. Clean and comfortable. They do not allow to use the air conditioning even though they put it in the description and if you open the window you can hear all the noise from the street, we could not sleep well because of the noise.

this property is extremely central to all attractions, 10/10 on vicinity. Very clean and practical. Not luxurious at all - basic room w shower , but worth the location. Great host :)

The location is great, staff tries their very best, However the rooms were not as Expected. Moulds in bathrooms, bar fridge not working, wifi not working , weak Air conditioning. We were travelling with another couple and their rooms were same. Staff transferred us to another room which was better but moulds were everywhere in the showers. As mentioned staff does their very best , but this situation appears to be how the ho5el is being managed and administers

Sweet Dreams Roma was centrally located, we were able to walk to all the major attractions within 10 mins. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, even as we travelled with a newborn. The host was super friendly and helpful, can’t recommend this place enough, whether it’s your first time in Rome or returning.
