Lovely place to stay , staff At Reception very helpful and speak perfect English. However not all of the staff speak English , which I wouldn’t expect, they are all very friendly. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book the meals . We have in the past and to be honest they are not up to much . But this year they are awful . We are very disappointed

We stayed here at the end of July for 10 days (2 adults and a 12 year old boy). The one bedroom apartments are as the photos show and are kept spotlessly clean. Maids attended every day. Pool area was really fab! Bar for snacks and drinks also handy and cheap enough. We didnt avail of food in the restaurant in the complex at all as we tend to like to eat out and try the restaurants around. Location was great, the back gate gave a short cut to the local Spar and busy area/small ***** of restaurants, bars and shops etc. We would highly recommend to stay here and we would again also! Staff on reception were so polite any time we did need to speak to them (which wasn't a lot). Very Spanish complex and I think we were the only English speaking people at the pool (Irish) :) but that did not bother us whatsoever! Lovely place!

This hotel is very popular with Spaniards, which must mean it's good. We are currently here on a short 3 night break from the UK before the summer holidays start, and have only seen 1 other English family here. That said, it is easy enough to get by at the bar or reception with only a handful of Spanish words, along with pointing and gesturing. Drinks are good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Breakfast is as in any other Spanish hotel. Pool is big and sunbeds are plentyful. Rooms have Aircon and very firm beds We only saw 1 of the nightly shows which don't start until 10:30pm. It was a guests V staff type of competition, several games, the last of which was a dice throwing with the losing team having to remove an item of clothing. Several men ended up starkers with either a washing up bowl or a shoe to cover their remaining dignity . Several women were covering boobs with folded arms! Very peculiar but entertaining in its own peculiar way!! The only problem we found with this hotel is the flies. Around the pool they seem to love landing on you, your face, your bed. The pool area is nice and clean?!. Take or buy some repellent. 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and shops if you use the back door. Room key card gets you back in this way .

We stayed here a few years ago, the accommodation, food, service and location were excellent. Great pool, close proximity to the beach and external attractions, overall, a lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday. Would return in a heat beat

El hotel es bonito, limpio, las habitaciones muy grandes, con terraza, la comida buffet muy poco variada, pero yo fui con el imserso, eso puede influir

Hemos visitado en familia estos apartahoteles a primeros de Septiembre y parecía que había bastante ocupación, pero los servicios no se vieron en ningún momento desbordados, comedor prácticamente sin colas, sin colas en ascensores... Por otro lado los apartamentos (al menos los de la planta baja) son muy bonitos (alguno precisa algún pequeño arreglo, pero mínimo), son amplios (caben perfectamente hasta cinco personas en todos los que vi (dos adultos y tres niños, ya que dos camas son tipo "sofá"). La piscina y su entorno son fantásticos, y se ve que el personal de animación se toma en serio su trabajo y consigue hacerlo muy bien. Por otro lado, o he tenido suerte o la insonorización es bastante buena, imagino que influye que además de la puerta de entrada a cada apartamento, hay una segunda puerta que aisla "el dormitorio" de la puerta anterior, por lo que no se oyen ruidos del pasillo. La comida es bastante buena y en los tres días que pasamos allí fue diferente (algunos días incluso con langostinos que no estaban nada mal), el desayuno excelente (donuts y otros dulces buenísimos). La ubicación es la típica en urbanizaciones turísticas junto al mar (a unos 150 ó 200 m del hotel, la distancia que marca google maps es mayor porque no tiene en cuenta la salida trasera del hotel que evita un rodeo grande). Cierto es que en los meses de Julio y Agosto quizás el aparcamiento sea complicado, a primeros de Septiembre siempre se encuentra aparcamiento como mucho a unos 200 metros del hotel. Finalmente quería agradecer especialmente a todo el personal que en uno de los apartamentos olvidé una mochila y dos camisas, la mochila contenía cosas de cierto valor y tras contactar con ellos me dieron todas las facilidades para que pudieran remitírmela por mensajería, incluso me prepararon ellos el paquete. Hubiera sido muy fácil negar la existencia de cualquiera de los artículos y sin embargo todo ha llegado perfecto ¡¡¡Hasta me doblaron las camisas!!!. En definitiva, si volviera por la zona no dudaría en repetir.

El personal de 10, desde recepción, pasa do por animadores, camareros.... El apartahotel está bien, amplio aunque la bañera estaba desconchada un trozo y o******. Tiene menaje de cocina, todo limpio. El comedor fatal, colas enorme para entear y también para coger ka comida ya que hacen cola única y se va en filita...con lo que si quieres comida de la última bandeja te tengas la cola igual, lo nunca visto ya...comedor muy pequeño para tanto huestedes así que o te espabilas o te quedas fuera en la cola interminable para poder entrar. No aconsejo para nada comer en el comedor, comida poco variada, muy básica a base de frito en definitiva de hotel de menos estrellas.

La habitación bien. Grande y limpia. La piscina bien aunque con pocas hamacas. El bufete un desastre. Poco variado, repetitivo y comida de batalla. Para ir al restaurante, o te espabilas o esperas mucho.No repetiremos en éste apartahotel ni en sueños.

Un ambiente muy agradable en todo el hotel. La atención de todo el personal fue muy buena, la animación estupenda, se lo curraban mucho. La habitación estaba genial, limpisima y cómoda. El bufet de la comida era variado y bueno, había para todos los gustos. En general y calidad precio está genial. Repetiremos sin duda.
