Staff is not honest and do not communicate. Charged an extra night stay, which could have been resolved if the staff was honest that it was charged. However, I only found out when I asked for a detailed bill and questioned them…then they told me that they did tell me the extra charge; which never happened. Absolutely not professional and taking advantage of foreign travelers, saving grace was that I speak Spanish if not I would have been taken advantage of without knowing.

Very friendly and welcoming team for the check in and the bed was very comfy.

It is a classical hotel with reasonably modern rooms. However , the restaurant was under renovation. No problem with that if the hotel could provide easy solutions. They offer included breakfast in their rate. But the cafe where the guests receive a voucher to eat was twice 150% full. I could not even enter to ask the waiting time. For a 4 stars hotel, solutions for a problem that is caused by them ought to have easy solutions. The bath tube has stains. Bad impression. I’d not stay there again

This is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel, which from the outside looks stunning, is completely falling apart on the inside. I was given a different, smaller room in what seemed like a basement where the towels were dirty. I was switched to a bigger room after being told they had none where it smelled of dampness, yellow water came out of the shower, holes in the sheets and dirty pillow covers.The worst part was the check out: the hotel did not accept the price I was charged with **********, overcharging me on both exchange rate and taxes (even though it was stated all was included in my booking) and extremely rude staff that raised their voice at us when trying to come up with a solution. I feel deceived and insulted and ultimately ripped off of something that should have been a nicer experience.
