ヘリテージ イン エクスプレス ローズヴィル(Heritage Inn Express Roseville)

My first time at a heritage, and I was pleasantly surprised everything was what it should’ve been. Even the breakfast was more than what I expected and pets are allowed. Great I hope you love you too take my word for it.

If you are a NON smoker do NOT book this hotel. Management charges smoking deposits and you WILL be CHARGED for smoking regardless. This happened to me multiple times at this property. Non Smoker

For the price, the place has been there for years, older, but very clean, not good for older people because it has a step down shower without holding rails. I would stay again

The room was clean and comfortable. Water from neighboring room was ver loud when used and there were a few shady looking people running around but over all a clean room at a decent price.

The guy at the front desk gave exceptional service. Him and my husband talked sports while we checked in and he gave us such a welcoming feeling. He was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us a few ideas for breakfast the next morning. Kindness goes a long way, we will see you next time we’re in town!

Nice people, comfortable stay. Facility is older, but overall in good shape. Really nice people working there. Breakfast was generous.

Hotel room was dirty! Housekeeping never once showed during our stay. When requesting additional towels we were told that there were none available at the time but were told they would bring them to us in the morning- the towels never showed! Breakfast was awful - hot water but no tea, run out of coffee and the breads, cheeses, fruit were all still frozen.

I made my reservation two weeks before my travel date. I was to stay Jan 1-3. On Jan 1st at midnight I got a call from staff confirming my stay, of which I confirmed. I caught a Lyft and arrived at the property at around 930pm. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. It was late I was tired she gets my information and informs me that some how I am on the do not rent list. I'm confused as I had never stayed there before and she even wasnt able to find any history of me being there. And a manager would be the only one to fix this. So I was stuck there at the lobby trying to find another hotel last minute that wouldn't cost me a arm and a leg to rent. I was there about and hour sitting in lobby before I was able to find a hotel with a reasonable price last minute. I have no idea why I was on the do not rent as again I had never stayed there before this was my first time in Roseville. So aside from the receptionist whom was nice I did not have a great experience with this property and would like to know what happened?.

Wonderful place to stay for the night. It was clean and the location seemed safe. Plenty of space in the room. Comfortable beds. Great stay for the price!
