Let me store luggage on arrival day, then took it to room for me ready for when I checked in. Let me have late check out for no extra charge and stored luggage.

Generally as good as I one could hope for with the price. Cheap and cheerful, one might say.

Good value deal, nothing fancy, but ticked all the boxes for our needs & wants. Several dinner options in walking distance.

really good and very clean motel to say. Brian is so nice and helpful. Great value for money compare to many out there.

So much for after hours management 👎 No one answered to us for check-in after hours 😔

Check in was very smooth however we were not notified at any time that there was no hot water. When we went to shower in the morning before traveling, we were in for a shock. After speaking with management about it on check out, there was no offer of compensation other than an apology for no hot water. After pushing the fact that paying over $100 for a room with no ability to shower was not reasonable, I was finally able to get a partial refund.

No rooms had hot water as they'd run out of gas but I wasn't advised at check-in (at 8pm) so I at least had the choice to find another motel. A casual apology was given at checkout but no compensation was offered. Terrible stay!! I can't understand the excellent reviews for this place as it is very tired and in need of renovation. The beds aren't good (despite what another review said, and I've NEVER stayed at a place that ran out of hot water.

I appreciate the effort a male person showed me when I phoned up due to checking in after hours. This made everything smooth and easy. I really appreciate it. I definitely would stay there in the future. Thanks again .

The only criticism I had was the lack of undercover parking. Other than that would definitely stay again.
