The light over the sink was out and the light on one of the nightstands was out. I did not call service the night I arrived as it was late. The room was clean.

Roswell is a great place :) and this place is indeed a great place to spend for a few nights. Hot breakfast is a big plus and the room is very clean! We love it!

First the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the property or how it works when you book through a 3rd party. We requested a first floor room, and got a 2nd floor. Not too much of a problem since there was an elevator. Well the floor of the elevator had issues of it's own. The door we used to get to the elevator would shut behind us, and the card wouldn't work to open it back up so we would have to walk around the building to get in. The beds were nice, and comfortable. It was clean inside of our room.

The room we got had a tub that did not drain and so we asked for another room. We got upgraded to a bigger room which looked like it was wheelchair accessible- with a walk in shower and a foldable bath seat.
Positives- After the room change we found the beds comfortable and the space adequate for a family of 3. Nice to have a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and lots of cabinets although we didn't need to use them.Breakfast included hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuit and gravy along with continental stuff like waffles ( alien stamped) , cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices.
Negative-The cleaning staff used the same rag to wipe the countertops as well as the waffle maker. We weren't sure if she used the same rag to wipe the top of the garbage cans. Not something we wanted to see!

The cable TV was out for the two nights we stayed in Dec 25 and in Dec 30. Also the A/C heater system worked well but it was way too loud.
