La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Round Rock Near Kalahari

Awesome and modern interior of the rooms with ample of square footage per room. Service was great and staff was friendly

Our room smelled like urine and mold. The room took forever to cool down. The nreakfast buffet lady was rude and really rushed people away from the tables to clean clearly so she could leave. Clean around us, walking back and forth when she could have just asked us to move.The bartender was awesome.

New girl was soooo nice and helpful. I was inundated w/ emails when I got in so I didn’t catch her name but she made everything wonderful.

Visiting Daughter in Hospital. Fantastic new hotel with VERY friendly staff, Very spacious and welcoming :- Lobby, Breakfast Area, Bar, and especially Room. Hot Breakfast was all you could ask for. Great quality, quantity, and choice. BUT THE BEST PART WAS BEING GREETED BY AJ AT THE DESK. HE WAS SO SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME. THEN WHEN HE FOUND OUT ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH, HE CONTINUOUSLY ASKED ABOUT HER AND SENT HIS VERY BEST WISHES. BEST HOTEL STAY EVER AND "FULLY RECOMMENDED" BY MY WIFE AND ME

Overall a very nice hotel. I was not expecting it to be as modern and as new as it was staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The fact they had a bar that was open late night, made it special. Proximity to my convention spot, Kalahari resort, was a big plus. my only complaint, is that my room was not done the second night I stayed there.

I like the fact that the hotel was near Kalahari Resort did not have to travel far. I also liked that Walmart and other food choices was near by as well.

Very clean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Close access to walking trails behind the property that connect to a park. Great restaurants next door. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was above expectations and John at the happy hour bar was the best at customer service he went over and beyond with his service. The front desk was always helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Can't wait to visit again. The only thing I wishedwas to have something to place our soap, shampoo, etc on while in the shower ( shelving )

For the most part, the hotel was excellent; however, the first night it was so hot that I had to sleep without covers. The AC turned off at 8PM and didn't come back on until 6AM. The next night, I asked the desk attendant how to fix this, and he was able to help me by flipping a switch under the cover of the AC unit. I slept like a baby that night.
