ラディソン ブル ホテル ルドラプル(Radisson Blu Hotel Rudrapur)

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Rudrapur and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a prime location, with easy access to popular attractions in the city. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded my room to a higher category, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is only star rated hotel in Rudrapur. It is on nice location on highway to Haldwani and just beside a mall. Lobby area was clean and well decorated. The check in too was smooth and fast. Major issue I faced was in room. The room was big but the air conditioning was not adequate. It was even not prepared even though I called them about my check in time a couple of hours before check in. During night the AC was at preset temperature and the controller unit in AC was just a dummy control. I was not able to sleep properly during my stay. If you are boasting that this is only star rated hotel in Rudrapur then there should be no focus on cost cutting. Second issue was food. I opted for buffet and it was really not worth 1350 plus taxes plus service charge. The quality and variety of food should be improved. Though staff at restaurant area was courteous and smiling. The poor area was nice but in shower area there was no attention on cleaniness. It was even dirty and not maintained. These things should be improved.

Nice Hotel the food is great Chef Kundan is a telanted chef also in Reception Anas is a nice gentle*** with so much humble nature. I wish both Best of luck for their future. Need to improve on room furniture and also equipment should be more on GYM

I have checked-in the hotel on 22nd February, 2024 evening for an official trip and check-out on 24th February, 2024 afternoon. the overall hospitality and behavior shown to us by the staff was very polite and excellent. would like to rate 10 out of 10. And special thanks to Mr. Vikrant for making the stay more comfortable and convenient. He helped through out the check-in, conference timings and check-out process. Thanks,

This is a posh business hotel. We stayed overnight on 7th March in room no 238. The room was big, with all kind of amenities like TV, Electric kettle, mini freeze etc. The bath room was also large with bathtub and shower area. The reception staff was very helpful and very accommodating. The restaurant area was very large where we had our breakfast. The breakfast menu was very sumptuous ranging from continental to Indian food and the staff was very polite and always eager to help with a smile on their lips. There is a mall next to the hotel well stocked with some branded products and a feast to the eye. The hotel is also at a good location for Marriage reception or holding any other party. They have an old ROLLS-ROYCE Car for Marriage rental. The glass partition between the room and bathroom was too transparent. If all the lights in the bathroom is switched on, we could see the entire bathroom and the person very clearly from the room. The partition Glass needs to be more tinted. The lift at the hotel had a minor breakdown during morning hour and we had to take the Service Lift to reach our floor. The swimming pool and Business Lounge was under maintenance so we were unable to enjoy these facilities. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay at the Raddison Blu Rudrapur and they also provided a drop to Panthnagar Airport on next day afternoon.

Very pleasent experience again, my self already stayed at this property more than 20 times, always fabulous for me. Food options are so much lavish and tastes with ***y options of multi cuisine. Love to stay further

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was very nice and the hygiene. The food was very nice and the staff was very polite and humble. Especially front office staff Jagdish helped me book a cab and check -out Thank you so much, everyone I want came back.
