アッパー キャニオン イン & キャビンズ(Upper Canyon Inn)

The room was ok, a bit smaller than expected and showed some age. Lighting was terrible, especially in the bathroom. Only one light and it was so dark by the bathroom mirror that it was impossible to shave or apply makeup. The shower would constantly switch back and forth from painfully scalding hot to fully cold and back to scalding hot. There was no setting that would stop this. There was no place to put our suitcase except the floor. A table or stand would have been nice. This room also had no hooks anywhere for coats or hats, so our jackets had to be in the chairs or on the floor. All of this added up to a ruined anniversary weekend for us. Next trip, we will stay somewhere else.

Bed was very uncomfortable, walls are thin could here others next to us. had to pickup our OWN trash and throw it away along with doing dishes

Beautiful, clean.property and darling toom! Room needed some coffee mugs, we couldnt enjoy a nice warm cup of anything! Toiletries were NOT AVAILABLE at the room, should hsve been supplied.

The communication was fairly terrible, as simple as instructions on how to work the electronic door lock would have been helpful. The original construction was solid, the brother-in-law absolutely not up to code renovations were comical, I don't know how New Mexico stays open. I mean the very long extension cord that was plugged in by the tub that blocked one of the exit doors and went over to power the microwave and refrigerator type of not up to code.

It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in (in lodge #10). The air conditioning was very very loud.

Everything was awesome and I love staying at this Cabin every time! Always clean and so comfortable beds! The only thing is that the hot tub was not working, and we killed two spiders 😂 But overall I always recommend this place to friend and coworkers

Shower didn't work pipes are loose in the wall. Several electrical outlets didn't work. jacuzzi tub pump didn't work.

The property was great! My complaint was is with *******! I got charged double because somehow the room got double booked! I called customer service and was on the phone with them for 2 hours! They blamed it on the hotel and the hotel blamed it on *******!! The next day I tried again with ******* and got nothing! I ended up paying double for a single room!!

Of all the many places I have stayed in my life of travel this is the dirtiest and poorly furnished. I did go down to the office (not on the property) and they did offer up a other cabin which I did agree to. This was at dusk so when I looked at it, it appeared cleaner. I went out to eat and when I came back and turned the lights on I saw it was filthy. The office closed at 5pm so I could not talk with anyone. I did read reviews on this property which rated it high. I dont know who presented the reviews but I can assure you they were fake. Shame on ******* for doing business with this property. I have pictures including the dirty bathtub and dirty pillowcases
