電話故意拔了線，環境不好

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Three calls to the desk about noise in teh middle of the night. Nothing happened. We got no sleep. The place is shoddy, smells of tobacco (there are NO tobacco-free smelling rooms), the water pressure is horrible, the toilets need to be flushed three times to get everything down. The list is endless. DO NOT STAY HERE!

AC broken, front desk no service at 11pm. Call the phone number on the website for service, however entire hotel had no extra blanket. Free wifi no signal can’t use in the room and no verizon cellular reception. Smell of smoke in a nonsmoking room. Weird person hanging around in the lobby.

The Hotel Staff are friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the property itself is rather tired looking. Nonetheless its well located on a main drag, and in quick and easy access to Killington.

Good price and location. Breakfast was good, pool area was ok. Sauna ok. 20 min ride to Killington. Room was a typical 3 star room. Good for the pricing. We were happy. Family with kids

The room was disgusting, dark satins all over curtains, bed had stains on mattress, lampshade was stained, sitting chair was stained and the office chair was ripped in many spots. The bathtub had pink bacteria all around the top. The only positive about this place was the staff. They were very apologetic of the state of this room and gave us our money back. I would not recommend this place at all

Room is falling apart, peeling paint and wallpaper, the door was rotting away from the frame. Bathroom had mold in the walls and stains on the ceiling. Room smelled very musty.

Do not stay here !!! Very dirty and disgusting. Bathtub had mold in it and random hairs were on the bathroom floor. Did not stay the night, bed only had throw pillows so left that night

First room had splatter on the wall that looked like blood. Mattress was dirty, mold was all over the bathroom ceiling. Changed rooms. In the second room the mattress again was dirty, bathroom towels were dirty (one had yellow stains, the other was dirty). Not a clean hotel. Wish I could post photos. Thankfully we only had to stay one night
