Everything was great But I learn never book a room on line call and make reservation with the hotel because booking on line paint a different picture of what you are getting like a pool that this hotel doesn’t have and etc…. But nevertheless my stay was great and the staff was excellent and helping me

It was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast was above average considering hotel breakfast in the US. I still don’t understand that they knew we were three adults in the room, but only two had breakfast included. It would be different if instead of three adults, we’ve had been two adults and two kids.

This place is nice but the customer service is on a different level !! I truly can’t believe they have managers that act like children. I also was charged more then a few times for things I didn’t get

Hotel is clean and comfortable, but shower was luke warm at best and restaurant food and service was terrible. Ordered breakfast tacos and they were just scrambled eggs in Ortega corn tortillas, no chorizo as advertised. It took 25 minutes to get coffee.

They are just getting it right. From check in to check out, all was good. Plus they had a great deal on a proper breakfast.

A recently renovated property with well thought out rooms. Good lighting options but maybe dark for visually impaired. Brilliant make-up mirror and lighting in the bathroom. Pocket door already showing problems. Very attractive lobby. We chose to eat in restaurant which was just opening that night.Restaurant seating is part of the bar area which seemed a noisy thoroughfare. Dinner for four with one bottle of wine nearly $300 which was expensive for what we had. Wine list is well chosen but also very pricey. Ruth Cris’s steak house also on the property. I wonder if the restaurant placement will endure. Wait staff friendly and helpful.

I read posts prior to booking hotel. There was talk of a renovation, but it appeared it was conducted months ago. The C/I set up was terrible. Not much thought into that. The life safety system in my rooms hallways had all modules / smoke detectors capped off with dust covers. Only one night stay but NO fire watch seen. Not sure if the system was fully functional. I have been coming here for 30 years. Disappointed. Look forward to final product and give you another chance. Room reno was sloppy. Broken finishes/ non flush switch covers / have photos but won't post. not meant to be malicious. Hope you're doing a punch list walk.

I love the fact we had 2 restaurants to choose from that were located within the hotel. Rainy evening so that was convenient . Bed very comfy fully stocked bathroom and very friendly clerk when checking in.

Room immaculate. Quiet Eco friendly thermostat annoying. Would not go above 70 and fan stayed on all night making room feel cold. It was a 20 degree night with 15 moh winds. Also finding light switches was ridiculous and plug would not let me charge my phone. Not worth the $200.00 price ticket
