Lovely hotel! Beautiful views, very charming room, delicious breakfast included, pool and sauna were incredible. Superb facility. 10/10 building. Could have stayed a lot longer. Will be back!

We’ve stayed at Hotel Spitzhorn before. This time we stayed with both of our kids. The room was spacious and the view is lovely, you can enjoy the sun on your own balcony while the kids take a nap. The food was excellent from Breakfast to Dinner. All the Staff has been great, helpful, welcoming, professional and very friendly. You can feel this Hotel is run with great care by the always present owners. We will be back.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless, spacious, woody, with clean lines, wood floors, nice bathroom, with terraces and beautiful views. it was somewhat disappointing that no body lotion or conditioner were provided, despite request. The spa was great, beautiful sauna, with massaging jet pools but no bathrobes and slippers were provided to access it. Towels only. The staff was pleasant but not helpful in that they did not have answers to any of our requests (such as hikes in the region) or effective (not able to provide body lotion, or bathrobes or communicate our disappointment to the manager). The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast, for food, vibe, service and setting. Overall, nice hotel but missed opportunities.

Had a very relaxing time in this lovely hotel. The room was south facing with a nice balcony and views across to the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff all looked after us very well. Would love to return but fear the distance from Australia will not allow us to do it as often as we would like

A superb location to visit the beautiful Saarnen and Gstaadt... probably the best hospitality ever witnessed in my 15 years in Switzerland. Good sized rooms with balconies, some facing the majestic Alps, we had a family room for 4 persons with great beds. Nice and clean throughout- has a nice cosy and traditiional Swiss feel, lots of earthy wood used throughout and a real wood fire at night! Tasty gourmet restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Easy parking. Spa was perfect. Could pay a little attention to detail, shampoo in the spa had finished! And would it be too much to add coffee/tea facilities in the rooms? We do like a cup in the early morning :-) .. Will certainly visit again. Thank you to the superb owners who personally welcomed us and all the lovely hard working staff, you were just great!!! A trip to remember- special regards from Alvin our Norwich terrier...

This is a classic Swiss mountain lodge. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The parking was easy. The rooms are airy and comfortable. It’s a short drive from Gstaadt and in the quaint town of Saanen which is very picturesque. A very nice place to stay for sure

We stayed 4 nights.The hotel is 3 star but I m sure ıts better than mostly 4 stars.All staffs were very helpful and friendly, specially the girls in front desk.Breakfast were very good and enough.we had one dinner also good,Room was very nice alpine style decorated and spacious .Spa was also good and enough, The owner is managing hotel perfectly This hotel adminstration should be taken as an ideal example

Great modern Hotel with friendly staff and modern amenities. The breakfast is very good. A nice bar with a great seating area. The location is 10 minutes away from centre of Gstaad. It is a 4 Star Hotel presented as a 3 Star!
