The hotel was much nicer than what I was expecting except for the surly waiter at dinner. I got a very nice welcome at reception by Miss Stein on arrival. The room was nice overlooking the garden with a comfortable bed but I could hardly squeeze past the toilet into the tight-fitted shower in the corner. I went to the indoor pool which was about 15 metres long and quite wide and had a very nice swim. There were sunbeds next to the pool and there was a sauna with showers nearby. The fitness room was tiny and under-equipped so I didn't bother using it. They should at least add a decent bike like a Life Fitness bike and a treadmill. I had dinner in the hotel and the food was fine but the service wasn't. It would be nice if the waiter could be a little bit more friendly instead of seeming like he's just waiting it out until he can retire. I couldn't understand either why I had to fill in a form to eat there when I was a guest at the hotel and had showed my Covid sanitary pass on check-in. Overall I was pleased with the stay and will come back next time I'm in the area (once the waiter has retired).

We stayed here one night on our journey from Calais to Croatia. The hotel was excellent and I would not hesitate to stay here again. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was modern with all facilities that we needed, such as plenty of USB points, and the bathroom was too with an excellent walk-in shower. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. There was plenty of parking which was free when we stayed. Our room was near the tram tracks and it was a little bit noisy when the window was open, but it didn't interfere with us getting a good night's sleep. Getting to the hotel by car was a little trickier than expected as the exit we wanted from the autobahn was closed for repairs, but the navigation soon took us to the hotel.

Its s very nice located new Hotel in Saarbrücken I had a nice stay there, slept comfortabel the room was very clean and I Liked the bathroom , too The breakfast offered everything and I enjoyed it . They offered a great Variety .

Take a look around to find out why we’re a much-loved, award-winning hotel chain, and rest easy knowing our range of rates give you both choice AND flexibility.” Geliefert wurde: Ein Doppelzimmer mit Sicht auf einem Gerüst aus verrostetem Metall. Das Zimmer war nur über 2 verschiedene Treppen und einer abgelegenen Innenterrasse zu erreichen. Sah beim ersten Blick schon sehr unsicher und Zwielichtig aus. Zimmer war seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gelüftet, Bettzeug von schlechter Qualität und mit grauem Schleier überzogen, extrem warm (mitten im Sommer, trotz existenter Klimaanlage) und stank nach unhygienisch. Wir haben uns direkt nach Eintritt umgedreht, sind raus und haben ausgecheckt. Garage war ähnlich gut wie das Zimmer: Platz für max 10 kleine Autos und Temperatur cca 50 Grad C. Fazit: der Gegensatz zu ”great value hotels” und das ”amazing team” hat sich weder erkundigt warum wir abreisen noch sonst irgend eine Anstalt gemacht etwas für das kassierte Geld leisten zu wollen. Das Hotel ist weder für Business- noch für Privatkunden zu empfehlen. Wer ein minimum am Komfort und Hygiene haben möchten sollte wo anders suchen.

Visit in March 2023. From outside hotel looks,as little bit old, but room which I had was quite new and very comfortable. Main issue was parking place, which I did not reserve in advance and place was not available. You can find some available place close to the hotel, but it is on zone, which you need to leave to early. Benefit was, that reception lady gave me proposal for different parking, which is not under hotel and it is not part of hotel. Wifi without trouble, dinner and beer were very good. Minibar on room was available. Breakfast was very comfortable. If I will go there next time, I will choose this hotel.
