デルタ キング ホテル(Delta King Hotel)

I love this classic cruise hotel. We enjoyed our time there. The seals are cute. Will stay again.

A Cool place to stay and good experience but nothing in my room worked. The outlets and usb did not work and could not plug my phone in. The tv was not clear and fuzzy. The hotel phone in the room did not work. The room did not have a blanket. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The girl who checked us in was not not helpful and didn’t know about the hotel. She also told us to come back for ice then said she was the only one there and could not get it and told us to walk to the bar. The guy at the bar didn’t seem happy to leave the bar to get the ice. The food was good and the dinning staff was amazing.

The entire ship is blocked off and inaccessible after dark. The bar closed at 10pm, short staffed and terrible customer service; rooms were clean but small. Not much to do, it’s just a place to sleep and shower. We didn’t even stay the night, left at midnight due to horrible service.

I loved staying on the Delta King itself, but the staff was awful from the bar to the restaurants to the front desk. The valet parking was not great as they did not seem happy. If you wanted to go out late or come in late they also send Valley home if it’s slow and leave your car parked out front rather than in the parking garage it’s such a nice hotel. I don’t understand why all of the staff seemed very unhappy. No one smiled. The bar staff was the absolute worst. Everyone had a very bad attitude With customers and with each other are used to live in Sacramento and now live in Southern California. I travel there for work once a month and I probably will not be staying at this hotel again because of the staff and parking very sad the staff demeanor and attitude should match the Distinguished appearance of the Delta king it does not

Staying on the paddle boat is always a fun adventure. When I post on social media the history of the boats and how passengers and produce made its way to the Bay Area is always bonus. It is opportunity to see a pull cord bathroom in action. Love the Service as it beats out its branded counterparts. It is always a great experience on the Delta King.

The staff is amazing. The beda are not comfortable and thins walls and can hear everything. Great location. Glad we did this for the experience but will probably not stay here again.

Check in clerk was annoyed she had to help us. Told us in order to get shampoos & conditioner they would have to be picked up at the front desk (her desk) because they were not in room….then told me I was still checking in & would need to come back after to get them. Room had cigarette burns in the bedding even though they claim to be smoke free. Room stunk, can’t open windows and only heat available in room. Everything was dusty & unkept. Food at the Pilothouse restaurant was good but took forever to see any waiter. Great location & that’s about all it has going for it sadly

Not worth the money. This place needs renovation and deep cleaning. The bathroom in the room wasn’t even clean. The room door required maintenance to come and open because the battery was dead, had to wait under the rain to get to my room. Disappointing stay!

The Delta King is a great option if you’re looking for something a little fun and different. But I’d say it’s really not for the business traveler. No mini shampoo etc. in the shower, no blow dryer. No extra blanket in the closet. The stairs are a little treacherous, and it’s not for anyone who has “mobility issues.” The location is great though and the rooms are clean/well-kept, if a bit small. (No counter space in the bathroom.)
