The Inn is beautiful and the staff is friendly. It took a while to get checked in, however. The bar and restaurant are lovely, as well as the rooms. It could be quite noisy in the evening but got quiet later in the evening.
The restaurant is not open in the early morning, so “breakfast” is provided but it is extremely basic with coffee, juice, bagels and English muffins. There’s no variety and zero protein that leaves you quite hungry. I think adding maybe some Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs or some other choices of protein would help. There’s no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, so packing your own food is not an option and no place to store and reheat leftovers.
Be prepared to carry any luggage or other items up a long, concrete ramp, through the bar area and up flights of stairs, depending on where your room is located. They did offer help with luggage going up, which was great but not when you check out.
We placed the “Do not disturb” sign on the door but housekeeping still entrees our room to empty tears and replace towels. This didn’t sit will with us, as we had our sign up for a reason.
It is an Inn and it’s understandable that many things a hotel would offer the Inn does not. The Inn is just beautiful and the food in the restaurant was good. Staff, again, was good.
