The bathroom was dirty floor tiles loose. The floor by the bed was wet and floors were not vacuumed

It was so hot in the halls and lobby. Our shower leaked all over the floor. Soaked my bathroom bag that was on the floor. The shower had wheelchair access. They had this rubber thing on the floor but it wasn’t secured. The one corner in the water just flowed right out of it. I guess my husband said. So I didn’t take a shower cause I didn’t want the same thing to happen again I have to clean up more water because the girl at the front desk just gave me a bunch of towels and sit here. This is our third time staying there. This is the first time that’s happened. I know things happen unfortunately but what a mess. Thank you.

Was given a room n settled when there were no bath towels in the room. Called front desk to ask for some n was told that no one was to be on the room that they assigned to me! Said well I’m unpacked already…. Nope had to move said it was an upgrade due to the inconvenience but the next room was not-as there was hair on the bathtub n the bathroom vent was filthy with black dirt. Too late to move to another room attest the rest of the room was clean.

Wow. I normally really enjoy Holiday Inns. This 1 is in terrible disrepair. The staff is unfriendly and act as if you're a bother. 45 minutes to track down clean towels that should have already been supplied. Hot tub- out of service. Coffee- either out or cold. Breakfast- overcooked rubbery eggs, overdone potatoes. Overcooked thin sauage type substance. Loose ceramic tile with grout all cracked out. My mom tripped and fell over loose carpet. $250 charged for incidentals?!?! return in 2-3 days?!?! Who does that?!?!? I've probably had a worse hotel experience at some point in my life. But I can't remember when. Moldy caulk in bathroom sink and shower. The owners are either uncaring absentees who underpay an unhappy staff or just milking the property for what they can with no interest in customer satisfaction.

Overall, I think this is a nice hotel. I'd probably stay here again if I'm in the area in the future. However...when I checked in, I was a bit bothered with the front desk person as she seemed very irriated that I was there. There was no friendliness. I was also very disappointed in the condition of the fitness center. This part of a hotel is important to me as a traveler. The fitness center here was DIRTY. Trash laying around, sticky machines, no towels/cups, nothing to wipe the machines down. I emptied the trash while there and set it outside the door and the trash bag was not replaced. Other than those things, the hotel is nice. Clean and updated rooms, clean bathroom, nice breakfast, and friendly people (other than the first person I met). It's convenient, also.

One of worst Holiday Inns that we’ve ever stayed at. Room service not the best:?had to get my own towels from front desk; Kleenex box empty; light on desk not working properly; floors not vacuumed; sink drain barely worked; no tv guide with limited viewing access; had to get my own “regular “ coffee from front desk; and no courtesy travel to airport. LLC

Breakfast ran out at 930 when was supposed to be finished at 10. No hot water from Sat evening and still didn't have it by check out at 11. Hot tub wasn't working either.

The first room we had had a flood. The new room was satisfactory although the bathroom did not appear clean. When we asked for extra pillows, we were asked to come get them at the front desk instead of them being brought to us. Normally would not be a big deal but there were multiple front desk staff available and they were all on their phones. We arrived at breakfast at 915-930 and there was barely any food left. When asked if it was going to be refilled, we were told she was closing up soon so not everything would be replenished. Saw that breakfast did not end until 10am. There were multiple families that came in after us also not able to get much variety of food. The coffee was run out and was not replaced for over 30 minutes. Multiple staff available and again many on their phones and not overly helpful. Very disappointed in this stay and will not be returning.

Pool and hot tub were closed. No food during breakfast, safe in our room was broken, only decaf coffee in the room, hand soap is awkwardly screwed to the wall ( little kids cant reach)
