Hey everyone, I wanted to share how great my experience was at this hotel. The ambience is fantastic, and the staff, from ground level to the top, knows exactly how to handle guests. They welcome you warmly, no matter who you are. I particularly appreciated their service. I shared my previous awful experience at Golden Plaza just the day before, where they messed up my fiancée's birthday. In response, this hotel upgraded my room for free and gave me one with a front view. One small detail that made a big difference for me was their attention to personal care. In many hotels, even those of a 3-star caliber, you usually get the basics like shampoo, soap, and lotion. However, here, they went the extra mile by providing packed toothbrushes and toothpaste, which left a positive impression. They also have ample parking space. A friend of mine had to wait in the lobby because his bus was scheduled for 3 AM. The staff not only allowed him to wait in the waiting area but also provided him with a blanket and pillow. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. It's rare to find a team that treats guests so well, both as professionals and as fellow human beings. Thanks a bunch for the exceptional service!

I Come Reddision hotel with my friend. There service staff is very friendly and cooperative . All staff serve with smiling😊 face... Food was also yummy 😋😋😋😋 Thanks to me mohit who took our order and enusure that food was upto the mark and thanks to all team for taking care of us we will come again soon with more members....
