I loved that the cleaning staff posed the stuffed animals after making the bed! Would definitely stay again, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Overall, the property was nice and the rooms were clean and spacious. I will say the glass door to the bathroom was a little different as you could see in to those that were in there to shower/get ready. The location is a bit from the train station so be prepared for arranging for travel the hotel. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice and offered a good variety of items.

Excellent standard of cleanliness of the room, which is equipped with a hairdryer, mini fridge, a safe, coffee making facilities, toiletries such as soap and shower gel/shampoo. A few marks on the wall on one occasion, as I stayed in this hotel twice on separate occasions - but I don’t think this negates the rest of the clean room. My only issue on the 2nd night was that the bathroom smelled really bad of egg, possibly due to a blocked drain. It was rather unbearable to be honest but the rest of the experience was pleasant. Plenty of options at breakfast suitable for most dietary requirements.

Our first stay here in France, after traveling from LaValley (Disney World side).. A 2-story bright blue hotel from the exterior but packed a punch in terms of offerings and comfort. Located in Saint-Avold we reached quite late, about 7pm. The Lobby is not big and there is even rooms at first level! Ours was at Level 2 and faced the main road. Opposite the roads are a few shop house, and closed by the time we check-in. Not convenient especially if you do not intend to eat inside hotel. All rooms feature a 40+ inch flat-screen TV with cable channels and is pin onto the wall, about 2m high.. an open wardrobe and a desk. The en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries, and has a very nice table-top so beautiful that leave a few of us talking about. Breakfast was at Level 1, near the lobby. Good spread of buffer but mainly cold food. We has cereal and beacon as mains. Good coffee & made toast bread too. Good meal Afterall. A good stay for us!

We couldn’t have been happier with this hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Comfortable room, very special decor. We were in the area primarily to visit the American Cemetery. The front desk staff helped us understand how to walk there from the hotel, and then to our dinner reservation later that evening. The next morning, as we awaited a cab, they brought me a coffee and biscuit! Charming, lovely people and place. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel at the recommendation of a friend we were visiting in the next town over (Folschviller, France). Hotel room was comfortable and clean, the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They have a small lounge where we were able to have drinks at a very reasonable price. Across the street is a boulangerie for an early morning pastry or coffee before you hit the road. Or, you can buy breakfast at the hotel, which we did one of the mornings, and enjoyed it very much. Parking is free and on site, which is a plus in France. Parking anywhere in France can always be a challenge, so, it was nice not to have to worry about where we would find a place to park at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel on our overnight stop both to and from Austria which was included as part of our National Holidays/Just Go Holidays Coach trip. The rooms are absolutely stunning and immaculate. As others have said, the bathroom and the toiletries are amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast selection and also the champagne which was a lovely treat for breakfast!! There is no restaurant provided other than for breakfast which is a shame. However, we were able to order takeaway to be delivered for evening time. Nice bar area and restaurant very modern and spotless. We would totally recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again. This is a very nice hotel, newish, clean with very pleasant staff on the reception. Plenty of parking and the room is well equipped and good value. The one thing which the hotel lacks is a restaurant. This means either a twenty minute walk into town to eat or a drive which after a long day in the car is not exactly welcome. The Breakfast Room is large and it should be possible to have a restaurant there even if serving very simple meals. This could be a good money earner! The other thing, which another reviewer has mentioned, is that the sound insulation between rooms is not particularly good and this is surprising in such a new build. IBIS rooms, a similar competitor, seems to have better insulation. We enjoyed our stay and would return. A visit to the American Cemetery very close by is definitely worth a visit.

This is a hotel punching way above it's weight. We stopped just for one night on a budget coach tour. I was surprised at the quality of this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed and extremely well equipped. I spent more than thirty years in the travel business and this hotel could be a lesson in how to "do it right". The service and quality offered is better than many luxury hotels. I wish we'd been able to stay longer.
