グランド モーテル セン ヒュバート(Grand Motel Saint-Hubert)

The place is filthy stained sheets bathroom sink was black mildew and dirt stains. There is a constant flow of ******* and Johns in and out of this motel. There is nothing much Grande about it. Save your money and don’t stay here. There is no remote for the tv. There is piles of poop outside my door not sure if it’s dog or other? I have 5 guys and one girl next door complained to the front desk asking to move to another room she told me this is not possible as I can only change 15 min after being in the room. I Explained that I did not know that there was going to be so much traffic next door she told me this is too bad for me .When I asked for a clean towel I was told that she did not have access to any. If I there was a 0 star I give it I would!!! Please dont advertise this motel on your site it reflects badly on your company. I travel a lot and this is by far one of the worst places I have stayed in.

It's a quiet place to rest with low prices. the staff is helpful and correct. However, it must be said that there is a lack of cleaning and the adjustment of the furniture in the room.

The room cleaness need to improve. Lighting is not enough.

Budget accommodation which is conveniently situated. I have stayed here many times before and will likely book again to stay at this facility.

My stay was horrible. No heat, terrible smell, the bath is gross. No tv remote...i need to pay 10 $ the night before for the remote. Was not told that. After freezing the whole night that person working days I could show you the switch to turn on the heat. The heater was 6 inches from a bed and would probably burn the room down. I suggest you remove that hotel from your choices. I would like my money back.

The rooms were so dirty and unclean. Wet towels behind the bathroom door. holes in the walls. no proper blanket available. wet floor. blinds was not working. dirts and dust on microwave and fridge. The tub had stains on it. for the price it was not worth it. pool was not working and there were broken furniture in it. It's a shame such a place is still working and ******* books for this property.
