The experience and service was awsome. The room was very clean. The only thing i have found in our room is the shower handle has just a bit pressure, not that much otherwise..everything was perfect.

Tout était bien, un seul bémol pour le téléviseur de l’entrée de la suite ne fonctionnait pas.Il manquait le câble d’alimentation électrique. Le téléviseur de la chambre fonctionnait parfaitement.

Cher hôtel le dauphin, Je tiens à exprimer ma sincère appréciation pour le séjour merveilleux que j’ai passé dans votre établissement. L’accueil chaleureux, le service impeccable et les installations de qualité ont largement dépassé mes attentes. Mon séjour a été des plus agréables, et je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Our go to hotel on our trips from Ontario to New Brunswick. Always clean with friendly and professional staff

Affordable, clean, safe,quiet. Too bad there is no microwave in the room. I arrived late, was hungry and found the grocery store to buy food. Oops no microwave. Or coming back from the restaurant with leftovers. Oops can not reheat the food

We missed housekeeping for 2 days because we stayed in the room for two mornings and went out after 2 pm. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Disappointed that we couldn’t stay there because they’re not pet friendly. I didn’t realize this until the day we were on the way there and called about the room. They recommended we call the Holiday Inn but would not allow a refund or partial refund. Unfortunately, even though we’ve stayed at other pet friendly Le Dauphin hotels, we probably won’t stay with this chain ever again.

the Hotel is in a good location. The room was nice, bed very comfortable. The heating system was not working properly also the sink is good for only tall people... In general I had a good stay.

Smell nice,no humidity as many others hotels in winter and not cigarette smell either.

Impressed since I chose randomly because I needed a place to sleep after a long drive. Turned out to be much more pleasant than expected.

Well located for our visit. Staff most helpful and rooms very nice and clean, exceptionally clean.

WELL MAINTAINED. COMFORTABLE. KUDOS TO THE STAFF. SUGGESTION: BEDS ARE HIGH - GRAB BAR NEAR PILLOWS IN HANDICAPPED ROOM WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL
