We stopped by this hotel to break our long travel and we were not disappointed. We normally opt to stay at Novotels, if possible when we travel just because we know what to expect, comfortable beds, good location, clean rooms. We did get all this but so much more. The service in particular, was impeccable and went above and beyond the expectation. Shirley from the reception was extremely helpful. She was so accommodating with all our questions and she even went out of her way to translate for us when we needed help. She was also very welcoming and pleasant. The decor of the hotel is also a bit different from the standard decor that we see in other novotels, it was classy and cosy at the same time. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

The room was fine when I found it: but the hotel layout is complicated, spread across three partly-linked buildings, and there is not good signage - which is needed particularly for the lift and stairs in buildings 2 and 3. The parking is fiddly, too. The restaurant on-site was a bit of a mystery, no information available in the room. It didn’t look particularly appealing. There is an excellent Del Arte restaurant about 15-20 minutes walk away, straight up the road.
