Overall, it was absolutely lovely. There are some areas of the hotel that could be cleaner (rust and dirt is showing in some areas of the spa/pool/rooms) -- the AC was not working -- you should upgrade your system so that individual rooms can have heat or AC as needed - we could not get spa appointments at all - it would be nice if you had some preference for guests - we had to book them all at the spa next door which was absolutely lovely so you are losing a lot of customers! The room was nice and the service was lovely C’était charmant. Certaines zones de l'hôtel pourraient être plus propres (de la rouille et de la saleté apparaissent dans certaines zones du spa/piscine/chambres) -- la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas -- vous devriez mettre à niveau votre système afin que les pièces individuelles puissent avoir du chauffage ou Climatisation au besoin - nous ne pouvions pas du tout obtenir de rendez-vous au spa - ce serait bien si vous aviez une préférence pour les invités - nous avons dû tous les réserver au spa d'à côté, ce qui était absolument charmant, donc vous perdez beaucoup de clients ! La chambre était belle et le service était charmant

We have stayed for the weekend. It was very rainy, but very warm in our room and in the hotel. So, we were enjoying calm atmosphere of the hotel and spa. We really enjoyed the room, our dinner and diverse pool with hammam and salt sauna.

Amazing hotel, very good service and support, lovely facilities and brilliant location, intending to return!! Booked in advance for spa treatments and two sea facing rooms, very generous hotel lovely bar and views and such amazing massages!! Very worthwhile and a short walk into town for everything you want in st Jean de Luz,

We booked this hotel. Unfortunately we had an emergency and needed to change the date from 14th August to a future date on 16th October. Using the hotel.com app I inadvertently cancelled the booking. I called the hotel to check future dates were in fact available (which they were and they were also cheaper than the rate I paid). I explained my error and kindly asked that they keep my fee and move my dates. They simply refused and said I had cancelled (5 days before the booking this happened). They showed no empathy of my emergency, no customer friendly service. I did not want a refund just simply asked to move the dates. Terrible customer service

Beautiful, romantic and elegant hotel just in front of the ocean with an amazing view. So comfortable, quiet and luminous rooms , great breakfast in front of the ocean . Walking distance to all shops and city center . Great restaurant. Amazing experience loved it .

Situated right on the front with access to a sandy beach this is a very pleasant hotel. Staff are universally helpful and rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Valet parking is available and we’ll run. The Spa and indoor pool is very well appointed and easy and convenient to use. All round I doubt visitors will be disappointed in a very good hotel.

This was our 3rd stay, beautiful hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful, excellent breakfast and Dinner, situated on the beach front, book a room looking out to sea and hear the waves gently rolling in, making it so tranquil, during the day children’s laughter on the beach, in the distance, just a few minutes walk to many quality restaurants and bars, a must if travelling in a classic or prestige car, very se ure underground parking

We stayed here for 4 nights, in an ocean view room. It’s a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful architecture & decor. Location: Perfect, right in front of the beach, close to all shopping, restaurants & La Colline Sainte-Barbe. Biarritz Airport isn’t too far away either (~20 minutes drive). Room: Our room is one of the ocean view rooms, on the 3rd floor; beautiful view of the ocean especially at sunset. Comfy bed & pillows, coffee & tea making facilities, mini bar, nice shower, however lack of bath tub (I suppose you don’t need a tub when the big ocean is right in front of you). Our toilet is a fair bit of a distance from the shower, making hand washing exercise a bit of a journey. I think a small hand washing sink would be nice in the toilet. Hotel: Beautiful outdoor & indoor decor, the outside deck / terrace is beautiful for breakfast/ drinks/ dinner, perfect for sunset drinks. The check in & out is pretty easy. There is a pool & spa in the basement, a bit too dark if area for me. The pool water is a tad cold for my Asian body. The gym looks good but I didn’t use it, nice & clean equipment. Staff: Super friendly & helpful. There’s a concierge who’s there to help you with booking restaurants or taxi. Breakfast: A pretty good spread, especially the pastries; delicious.
