A charming hotel with lots of character. Great interior! A beautiful terrace outside and several quiet areas inside to sit back and relax. A nice and big swimming pool. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choice of everything. A nice 18 holes golf course is less than 100m away; a short walk to the clubhouse. Very friendly hotel staff who also make your restaurant reservations in town. Saint Jean de Luz centre is a pleasant 20 mins walk. A lovely beach/coastal resort. Yes, this is a very relaxing hotel for stop-over or a vacation in the area.

Very expensive and when you get your bill, there are always”surprises” added to it (without asking). Rude service. Old facilities. Noisy area near the main road, far from the city center. I would prefer a place near the beach.

The manager. She was SO RUDE. we asked if we can get a complementary fruit basket for an occasion and they put something but then asked us to pay! They tried to add many other items to the bill like milk we needed for our coffee machine in the room, or animal fee for 7 nights instead of 4. The manager didn’t apologize for her mistakes and insisted that we pay for the complementary stuff. Right after leaving, she fraudulently canceled the reservation at *********** to avoid a bad review she expected (for a good reason) but luckily *********** reversed that. Also there is no AC in most areas and especially in the fitness room which was horrible.

We stayed for several nights and there were several issues with our stay. The hotel manager just added things to the bill and insisted that we pay for extra milk for the coffee machine., “animal fee” for twice the nights we stayed and other charges. The main problem during our stay is lack of air conditioning in most parts of a hotel, especially the Gym, it’s impossible to use it in the heat. The stuff and especially the manager were rude and unprofessional.

Magnifique villa restaurée avec goût et très soignée. Son emplacement un peu retirée de St Jean de Luz laisse le calme apparaître. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et la petite terrasse individuelle reste sympathique . Possibilité de room service et de louer des vélos électriques à la 1/2 journée. Accueil très très agréable par des personnes qui montre leur plaisir à faire leur travail les reste très agréable. Petit déjeuner très copieux qui ne manque de rien. Je recommande cette établissement.

He pasado un fin de semana de tres días en pareja, con intención de jugar al golf y relajarnos. El activo más importante del hotel son las personas que trabajan allí, se desviven por agradar, muy profesionales, conocen perfectamente la zona y saben recomendaciones perfectas para todo lo que les solicites. Especial mención a Bruno que además de ser un buen jugador de golf es un excelente profesional de la hostelería, siempre atento, aducadísimo y súper profesional, Benoit que conoce la zona y sabe recomendarte con mucho gusto y saboir faire qué hacer, dónde comer o dónde ir, y Gema que conoce muy bien la zona y siempre dispuesta a dulcificar tu estancia. Un equipo formidable y bilingüe, todo un valor añadido a un hotel con mucho encanto. Habitaciones espaciosas, mimadas con detalle, un desayuno súper completo en un patio de ensueño. El golf a 100mts y una delicia volver después de jugar a tomarte unas cervezas y darte un baño en la piscina. Repetiremos y sin duda recomendaremos. Además son dog friendly !!! No se puede pedir más.

Un problème personnel m a empêché de me rendre à l hôtel. Je regrette qu aucune proposition commerciale m ait été faite vu le standing de l hôtel malgré ma demande. Un geste commerciale aurait éte appréciable alors que je ne demandais aucun remboursement.

Très bel endroit , hôtel très bien entretenu dans un cadre qui est reposant et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Le personnel apporte de bons conseils pour découvrir la région et reste à disposition à chaque instant. Seul petit point négatif c’est un peu loin a pied du centre de st jean de luz. Nous recommandons sans hésitez cet hôtel
