Best Western Hotel St. Jerome

We enjoyed our stay, just a bit far to walk to downtown. But no problem with a car, many free parking downtown.

L’Hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas d'une épicerie, dépanneur, de nombreux restaurants, Costco, etc.… Mais le restaurant de l’hôtel (Gare422) est vraiment un incontournable, les déjeuners sont à la carte et inclus avec la chambre. Pour souper, vous devez essayer leur bavette de bœuf qui est très réputée. Nous venons régulièrement à cet hôtel et continuerons c’est certain.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel, great room and amenities. Staff very friendly and professional. Impressive accommodation for marathon runners - a take away breakfast was provided! Definitely recommend.

Well worth it. Beautiful place close to everything. Restaurant is affordable, large portions excellent.

Hotel is outdated and needs to be updated. Old card style was finicky and would frequently become deactivated, even if kept away from phones, etc. Hotel room were to heavily scented. Not sure if it was suppose to be essential oils or something, but not pleasant. Gym needs some love. Went both days in a row and I’m doubtful anyone was in there to clean the room.

Polite and helpful staff even though they were not aware that there was a USB ont he room to charge my phone and tablet. It was 21oC in my room. I was freezing being used to 26. I tried to warm it up could not.

The AC did not work, it was terrible. The management changed the battery and it was no help. We were stuck in a room with no AC and it was terribly hot. When complained to another lady she said if I was here I guarantee I could have fixed it. But did not acknowledge the fact that we had to stay in the room with our child and it was very uncomfortable. This is u fair as we did not get what we paid for and there was no compensation for what happened.
