Super 8 by Wyndham St-Jerome

-Room en front of the elevator. -Breakfast room, a barn full of farm animal had more civility than what I saw. Cereales on the floor, no table available, a real mess. -Requested the room a bit earlier on the phone and it was a clear no. -One at the hotel, the individual which answered my call was identified, and while talking to customers at the front desk, his head was resting in his hand with the elbow on the desk. Everybody was bothering him apparently. I spke to the lady there and got my room earlier. -Never again.

Our room smelled like old dirty swamp water most likely coming from a very old carpet on the floor. Breakfast was very limited and could not accommodate any food allergies or intolerance. The water slide was liked by our kids. We would not recommend this property to friends or family or return ourselves in the future.

Rude staff, if you work with people and to serve people why do you choose these people? I always select Super 8 in QC but this one is the first and last time.

Wonderful property. Staff was welcoming. Pool with a full slide and hot tub was amazing. Breakfast menu could have meat added. Not sure if towel exchange and garbage disposal was suppose to take place for short term accommodation but it never happened. Still a great property. Very convenient location.

There were only 2 issues that I experienced. When I returned to my room the door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The sliding lock had been left on the outside so that the door did not close and lock. Nothing was taken. Breakfast is available from 5am, but in my experience of 3 Mondays, not available on Mondays. Otherwise fine. No hesitation in staying there again.

I really enjoyed everything about this place. One of my many favourites was how well they spoke both French and English. I plan on going back the next time we are in the area.

Convenient location. Next to the highway to Montreal entrance ramp. Staff friendly. Told that there was breakfast from 5am. Not on Mondays! It seems like some construction workers were staying. Elevator and public areas had debris probably from construction workers’ boots. Room was only cleaned once in 5 days. At least the garbage could have been removed.

The bunk room “suite” was perfect for a family and there was plenty of room for us to put a travel crib in the bunk room too

Staff was pleasant and professional. Hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay
