The view from reception, the eating areas and the spa is awesome All the staff were absolutely brilliant

The best thing about the hotel is the people. Maria and Juliette were so lovely and helpful, I really appreciated how warm they were. The breakfast buffet was great, and it was super convenient to be able to store the ski stuff in the locker and walk out the door and be on the slopes. There is a place to rent next door that is affiliated with the hotel, but shockingly, I have to say I have never been treated as rudely and viciously as I was there. Maria stepped in to deal with them after that…There are other places to rent! Totally recommend the hotel…

Just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel with my family the service / staff were fantastic Sam on reception was very efficient and friendly thank you for helping us to celebrate the management even brought us a bottle of fizz ! ski in ski out too location amazing !

Location is perfect, staff are friendly, ski rental shop apart of the hotel which was very convenient, lovely spa facilities with a view of the slopes, they even made an effort to decorate our room for my birthday - we will definitely be back. Thanks hotel marielle

Fantastic hotel. I stayed for four nights mid-March. Friendly greeting at arrival which set tone for rest of stay. All staff in the hotel were extremely efficient and helpful. Buffet breakfasts are out of this world and food at the dinner buffet in the evening is of a very high standard and with a huge choice. Sauna and steamroom are awesome and just what you need after a day on the slopes! Extra bonus for this hotel is the ski room which is clean and warm with the best (heated) lockers I've encountered in any accommodation. Even better the door opens right onto the nursery slopes so no lugging skis and equipment for miles to get going. Ticket office for day passes is just a few hundred metres down the slope so you don't have to go clumping up streets to buy them. Rooms are reasonably sized and reasonably spacious but perhaps not what you might expect from a 5* hotel. But that's just a minor grumble. They're fine!

The has the best location in Val Thorens. That's probably the reason that they don't care about their service. As a family of five we were not given connected rooms but instead we were given rooms in different floors at the complete different ends of the hotel. The room where the two of the kids stayed was in a floor without elevator.... The staff was ok to provide the basics but did care for anything more. They pretended they listen to your issue but wilthout taking any notes and of course without following up.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are very poor and inadequate. We paid a lot of money for their Superior Room and it was a disgrace. Tiny uncomfortable single beds, with a terrible bathroom that only had a dated corner shower that's only big enough for a child ! A small window view overlooking a busy main road and service entrance.
