Très bon séjour personnel très agréable et propre . Bonne literie vraiment top

The hotel is nicely secluded and quiet. Easily accessible with both underground and surface parking. The staff is very friendly. Adequate attention is paid to reception and explanation. But. The hotel is outdated. Unrepaired damage can be found in many places. The interior is outdated. And also the carpet, apart from being from another era, is dirty and worn. The curtains dilapidated and the interior dated. No refrigerator in the room. The swimming pool is pleasant. But unfortunately the glass wall is not very nice. A little more paving would also have been better in our opinion. Distributing towels at the pool would also have been a plus instead of distributing them in the room. Furthermore, anno 2024 a perfect network in terms of wifi is a must. This score was simply 0. Ditto for 4G/5G. Long story short. Renovate this building. Modernize. Raise the price and in the long run then both customers and staff will be winners.

Nice environment and close to golf and tennis. Calm area, good breakfast, facilities are clean. Balcony and staircase are old, broken and have a moldy smell.

Our five points go the staff for their attitude, efficiency and friendliness: at the reception desk, in the breakfast room, in the restaurant or cleaning the rooms. Excellent location. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. On the downside: clubhouse not up to par as hotel restaurant of this level (see my restaurant review), half of the parking lot constantly taken by some pretentious commercial activity, the bed was not stable enough for a box spring, noisy cars and motos in the streets nearby, etc. But all by all, we extended our stay with three nights, which says enough ...

Già siamo stati l’anno scorso in questa zona al garrigae domaine esterel, e quindi per tranquillità e piacere abbiamo optato per quest’altra location incantevole dove pace e quiete è sovrana! Qui potrai trovare tutti i comfort! Colazione buona! Camera ampia dotata di tutti i servizi, con balcone. Siamo stati molto bene. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo!

Cet hôtel propose de belles prestations sur les hauteurs de Saint-Raphaël, dans un environnement calme et verdoyant (quartier de Valescure), Les chambres "doubles deluxe" sont de belle taille et joliment décorées, avec un petit balcon. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre des produits de qualité. Quant aux 2 restaurants, les plats sont assez inégaux mais le prix correct pour ce type d'établissement. La seule note discordante de l'hôtel est le manque d'expérience d'une partie du personnel, autant à la réception qu'au restaurant : incapacité de répondre à des demandes des clients ou mauvaises informations. Etonnant pour un 4 étoiles.
