Spotlessly clean, luxury apar**ents, excellent location. Stayed here with several work colleagues for our Chris**as night out. The apar**ents are very comfortable we booked 4 which included the fabulous penthouse. Really central to bars, restaurants and car parking.

Beautiful apar**ent with large balcony. Kitchen with everything you need, open plan dining area and lounge, separate bathroom and bedroom. Only stayed for one night but could have stayed more, it was immaculate.

The apar**ents are situated over a restaurant in a location near the marina and away from the CBD, so somewhat isolated-while there are a few places to have dinner/drink nearby there is nothing open in the mornings. There is no onsite parking but a Tesco car park about 80m away that allows 24 hr parking at 6 UK Pounds (tip, easiest to pay by coins or you need the Ringo App on your phone)-note that it’s in the open with no security at all. The apar**ent has a good sized lounge with AC and 40 inch TV, compact bedroom (queen sized bed) with cupboards but no drawers except those in the bedside tables and no AC. The bathroom is also small with single small basin and shower over a bath. Kitchen is compact with full-sized fridge freezer but no toaster or Nespresso or dishwasher. There’s a balcony with mould on staining the floor and no view and just not inviting. So what’s the worst part: -bland, uninspiring, no decor at all - TV remote was broken in 2 pieces-unusable, clearly the management of this place is uninterested in their offering - no dishwasher - no Nespresso coffee machine (no coffee shop nearby either) - washing machine but bizarrely NO drier function ie: it’s not a combo ( no drying rack either) -AC only works for 1 hr before turning off (that’s set centrally as is that it is stuck on heat function but you can override the temp down from the default of 20 degrees C, but must put fan on max speed to get any cooling at all and it’s weak at best. - pillows are unpleasant - best bring your own - very expensive for what it offers, Swansea is a lower income area (no 5* hotels) compared with Oxford where for the same price we had a stunning 2 bedroom apar**ent, beautifully fitted out, with every facility you could want (washing machine& drier combo/dishwasher/toaster/coffee machine/75 inch TV in lounge and 40 inch TV in each bedroom/full supply condiments etc/secure onsite parking with electric chargers/masses of cupboard and drawer space in each bedroom and very powerful AC in each bedroom & lounge. We will need to go back to Swansea because our daughter is at university there but we need to find something better.

For us, the location was perfect and the view lovely. If you are seeking quiet, this isn't the spot for you. The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. I knew it was near a restaurant, but didn't realise there would be dozens of people sitting right under the balcony! The bed is very firm and we literally laughed at how HIGH up the mirrored wall is in the bathroom (I'm 5'2 and could only see the top of my head haha - they do provide small mirror near the sink). With that said, I'd definitely go again. They held onto our bags when we showed up early so we could walk over to the beach. It's an easy getaway from Cardiff and a short walk from the train station.

Only issue we came across was that we had no key to secure the patio door. I realise the appar**ent was on the 1st floor but for nervous types it might be more of an issue. That doesnt mean our stay was spoilt in any way and we would definitely like to return one day.

Nice apar**ent in a great location to walk around and close to restaurants. Was super hot and the mini split a/c kept increasing the temperature so the bedroom was not cool all nights. The guy checking us in did not look pleased that he had to do this and checked his watch to make sure it was 3pm. They also won’t hold luggage. With that said, would stay there again since was a roomy apar**ent with a view of the canal.

Superbly clean, well presented accommodation in the centre of a major city.

Excellent location and well set out flat with all facilities. Shout out to Curtis who was so helpful in getting us settled in. Visit made all the better as we (QPR) won

Apar**ent was in a quiet spot but within a few minutes walk over the footbridge to the centre of Swansea. Nice views of the marina. Parking was convenient just a couple of minutes away. Would highly recommend.
