Check in took forever. Room was ok. Good size. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not a pretty sight and had probably not had a good clean in a long time. Air on was good. The room had huge cracks in the walls. Wi-Fi was non existent in the room. Location was good and for the price not a bad stay

The entrance is very easily accessible it has a ramp a very wide one in fact. The lobby is very welcoming with the decor and ambience. Very warm and welcoming staff with lovely smiles. Very smooth and hassle free check in. Nice glass elevators and centrally placed. Nice bright rooms with a view and i got what i asked i had asked for a mountain view and a view of the sunrise. Lovely ambient lighting in the room and very well placed packs like the sewing kit and vanity set .Lovely choice of teas , the mini bar was adequate and i got to know all rooms had it. Room dining menu and the all nighters was very well thought of....Tandoori platter and the mutton rogan josh is must try........the quantity is great . The staff especially Gopi was so good at what he did and with pride always with a smile on his face no matter how full his tray was... Very prompt house keeping....and always with a smile...no matter the time. The Spa was great ...Senthil very helpful in last minute appointments..The therapists were great and knew their work... The restaurents were very good very well lighted very well thought of decor and seatings....The Dhaba is a must go loved the outdoor seatings with the palms and fountains... Nice flower shop and a soft toy shop it was so convenient. And last ,lovely coffee shop with great looking and tasting pastries... Overall it was a great stay...just great.Thank you Praveen for all the help and with someone like you there it can only get better...All the best.. .

Decent place slow service, okay for overnight crash between a trip. Bar attached which is a good thing. Restaurant has only chinese.
