Hands down one of the cosiest and aesthetic places to stay in North Goa. The photos are legit as uploaded by the ***agement (just in case, you're doubting). The apartment was fully furnished and super clean with all amenities you can even think of for a decent homestay, the housekeeping was super responsive and professional. The swimming pool was also regularly cleaned and a good chilling spot! The place is situated centrally also in case you're planning to move around a bit within Goa. All in all, if you want to try something offbeat(ish) and you're done with hotels, just go for this, you won't regret it!

We had an excellent stay at this place. The place was as shown in the picture. The host was very warn and helpful. I place is closure to ***y good eating places around and nearby beach if you have vehicle. Overall a fantastic experience and awesome stay.

Amazing stay. Lovely field view from the balconies. Very well maintained apartment ***** with all amenities - washing machine, house keeping, fast Wifi and good phone signals (which is quite an issue in Goa) The swimming pool and gym is also perfect for working out on a holiday. Would love to stay here again in future Goa trips

The apartment has all amenities- washing Machine, basic utensils, stove, toaster, microwave etc. Best suited for families with kids. The extra hall with a big sofa can even be used as a room for the extra person. Overall a great experience - not too expensive as well given that you can experience both comfort of your home ***** with luxury.

We stayed there for more than a month , it’s a very nice place to stay if you want to be in the heart of north goa but still want some peace. They place is very neat and clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent especially Ms. Juliet she is simply superb. she took a very good care of us during our stay. She made sure that our stay was very relaxing. She ***ages the entire property very well and takes good care of the guests. The pool is is also maintained very well and kept clean all the time.
