Best Western Plus Liverpool-Syracuse Inn Suites

We were 2hrs early for check in but it was going to cost $10/hr to check in early. We were going to drop off bags and head back out. I could see if the room wasn’t ready or if we were going to use something but I’ve never encountered that before. If the room was ready, why not. Then we were placed in the middle of a high school group. I was travelling with my child. They were up very late. When I called the desk, it should have been monitored but it wasn’t. The staff were friendly just two pieces that made the stay less enjoyable.

Beds comfortable and breakfast was decent everything else not so good, check-in was not told where anything was as far as parking near room or elevator had to ask for wifi code, pool had no towels, shower hot water didnt stay hot long enough to enjoy shower, room was not cleaned properly had open candy around used juice bottles near bed, did not receive housekeeping none of the of the days there. Hotel can use some updates. I would not recommend!

It was a nice stay but very disappointed that we couldn’t use their pool and spa for 2 days due to roof issues

Bathroom was not clean, desk area was not cleaned, there were spills on desk, very visible and not cleaned. Heater in room was extremely noisy, didn't sleep all night due to the noise of it and there was NO hot water in the morning when we showered. Luke warm at best. Had to consistently request towels for the pool, things were not kept stocked.

Staff was cheerful and helpful, Bed was poorly assembled though. Main complaint was the lack of maintenance of the hot tub. Water was murky and sides were dirty. Did not complain but it did not improve overnight. Also breakfast lacked alot of items such as juice, fresh fruit and fridge was empty. The lady working at replenishing items saw we were not drinking coffee so asked us what juice we wanted and told her boss to give her juice bottles for us. Should have mentioned my complaints when I checked out but didn't. I believe it was the owner and he should have already been aware. This hotel does not meet Best Western's standards.

The hallway was filled with dirty towels and trash upon check in.I had to notify staff. we had no towels in the room and were told that we would have to come get them. The end stand was sticky with soda. The water faucet in sink squirted up instead of down. The shower switch didn’t work so most of the water did not go into shower heads. Juice machine was broken for breakfast with no alternative offered. It was a cheap hotel-you get what you pay for. I was Surprised since the hotel brand is well known.

The hotel was dirty, garbage everywhere, the pool was freezing and dirty, hotub needed water and the ceiling had mold and was leaking. We were told breakfast was until a certain time and when we went down it was closed, we had some pretty sad little girls.The rooms were clean at least.

I have stayed multiple times previously however this stay I am disappointed to report that the entire hotel was dirty. The hallways seem to have been neglected to be vacuumed, lots of trash and linens in the hallway for long periods of time. Mold in the pool area, chewed gum on the floor and no towels after the pool use. There was peanut butter on the coffee maker, hair in the bed linens. The shower would not work, only the tub. Hoping they were short staffed of just an off day!

This place never had pool towels ready. The staff really wasn't reliable or friendly. The room wasn't that clean. The following day the pool wasn't opened and maintaince personal wasn't on site. Meanwhile the general manager was cleaning rooms and couldn't help anyone and i guess no one else on the property has a master key to open and inspect the pool so the 10 people waiting to swim could go swimming.
