It was fantastic experience while I stayed here on very first time. I loved to see the behaviour of staff and specially ***deep, she has a great experience to serve at highest levels of industry. ***** with her, entire team is great, reception was also fantastic. Very helpful people and atmosphere is very comfortable.

We,Team kenya, had an amazing stay at the indismart hotel catered for by the iihm students who were very hospitable and friendly. We were accompanied by Hi***gini who was a iihm student while in kolkata. We visited Bangalore and delhi while here. It was a great experience

Best sleep I've had in India !! Nice hospitality at INDISMART and good hospitality from IIHM students. Good food at xspicy restaurant Temperature wise was good compare to other city. ***y transport facilities Staffs from INDISMART are so nice....

Bathroom acessiories missing like hand shower in room no 601,.very poor service in restaurant ,chappati is very poor quality , curry and vegetables not upto mark ,soup is not provided ,smell in lifts .very bad experience ,

Room allocated was not fit for living. The toilet was smelling of urine. Room was damp and very gloomy. The front desk was non apologetic and acting helpless.with threat they got ready to change the room at the same cost. I the morning the new room got locked and then they opened the room with some help. This got repeated again the next day. Overall a BAD experience.

Worst experience I have ever had in any hotel, delayed services, long powercut nothing is good. Staff is not even co operative, they need payment on time and service is their least priority. This will my last stay in this hotel.

Very good service and the time of service is applicable.it seems to take the food at your desired time .Quality of the food is also good so as to go with the service all the time . maintain the same .

Excellent hotel. The marketing team, specially Mr. Sagar Dey helped us to book the trip conveniently with lots of facilities. Good room service, nice front desk executives and other staffs. Good hotel to stay for business as well as with family.

Good experience . Pleasant stay. Good hospitality. Everything was upto mark. The hotel staff was well behaved . Good location to stay and the food was also nice. Do stay next time and will advise my colleague also
