ザルツブルクの家族旅行ホテル

Arrived on 11.06.2023 at around 3 am. Sent an email before hand that we would be arriving at said time via train. When we got to the hostel, check in counter was not manned with sign to call reception phone. Tried calling phone number several times it did not connect, when it got through it went straight to voice mail. Been waiting for more than half an hour at 3 am, tired and exhausted from the journey when a group of drunk men entered the lobby and was gaining access to the bar which was also unmanned. They went behind the counter, opening the fridge with beers, it was only then when a very sleepy, exhausted and unapologetic staff appeared. Check in process took a long time since she even had to check if the room was ready, a room I already paid in advance for to reserve it since I knew we would be arriving after 6 pm - their cut off time for room reservation of free cancellation bookings.

素晴らしいサービス。また、ロビーは素晴らしく、おもちゃ、ピアノ、本エリア、ディニンルーム付きのキッズゾーンが含まれています。庭園もです。部屋は広く快適です。場所もよく、素晴らしい景色があります。私たちは駐車場を利用しました、良かったです。歩いてすぐ中心部に行くことができます。ザルツブルクも綺麗です。

私が最初にザルツブルクに到着したとき、私はナビゲーションエラーのためにモーツァルト広場に紹介されました。周辺の識別が不明確だったので、間違った場所に車で行きました。私は広場から出るためにほぼ100ユーロを支払わなければなりませんでした。その後、オーストリアの「黄色い牛」に会い、30ユーロを費やしました。ホテルにチェックインしたとき、フロントで弟に、これは罠だと言った。今回の滞在は3時間でしたので、移動中の車の多くが出られないことがわかりました。フロントの兄弟はすぐに私たちを連れ去りました。駐車料金と「何か悪いことが起こったとき、常に良いことが起こる」と私たちに教えてください、素晴らしい

憧れのサウンドオブミュージックのホテルに泊まりたいと以前から思っていた願いが叶いました。しかし期待値が高かった分、事前のメール対応に少しがっかりしました。たとえば子ども二人が６０ユーロ追加の部屋と言われたのですが、念の為確認すると、部屋代がプラスされる他に、子ども一人につき６０ユーロ追加されるというもので、当初思っていた値段の倍くらいになってしまいました。それは私の確認不足ということもありますが、せっかくなら気持ちよく泊まりたかったです。外観も冬だということもあったのか、多少古びていた感じも否めません。 しかしサウンドオブミュージックファンとしてはこれ以上の場所はないのではないでしょうか。居合わせたお歳上のご夫婦とも映画の話になり、多くの方が同じ想いで来ているのかなと感慨深かったです。

This is surely a place one would love to keep going back to. Great points about this place for me were 1) not far from the airport 2) a bus stop to the city just outside the hotel 3) Lot of walking option to enjoy life and nature here 4) A cozy stay and not in the midst of the busy city 5) Fantastic breakfast 6) Seriously helpful staff 7) Overall beauty of its location Possible negatives could be 1) Its most perfect if you have a car what with the free parking and the slight distance issue from the city ( we did have a car so we didn't have any issues at all).There is a Supermarket (closes most likely by 7.00 pm) and hotels accessible with a few minutes drive. There is also a petrol station pretty close by. In all honesty,it was one of our best stays, inspiring, tranquil, surrounded by mesmerizing nature.We enjoyed the blue mountains, the walks and the wonderful rain which accompanied.
