マスターリンツェルガッセ(Master Linzergasse)

Easy walk to the historic part of town. Room itself is newly renovated and great. Check in was frustrating for us because we were traveling without email or phone access during the day and there is not a lobby. They expect you to check in ahead of time online. If I had known that before booking I could have planned for that. It ending up taking us 40 minutes to figure out checking in and which room we had (the first room assigned was already occupied). Parking is in a 24 hour public garage behind the building. I would stay there again, its easy if you know the process.

The flat was very conveniently located, clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property owner was prompt and easy.

The check in was a little complicated due to us checking in after midnight. Overall, price, location and cleanliness was great!

Overall stay was good, but the check in experience was terrible. After a 16 hour travel day, the long, complicated and impersonal check in process was a huge hassle. We arrived late night and there was no attendant to help us. After trying to figure out how to enter the “check in kiosk”, the instructions for self check in were confusing. We had to enter our information more than 5 times before finally getting to the payment option. Once there, our USA issued credit card was denied because it wanted us to enter a pin, which we did’nt have because we’ve never had to use a pin before. Going on very little sleep, hungry and tired, this made for an all around bad experience.

Pros and cons: Overall, the location was great, and the bed comfortable. Good wifi and AC. Some nice shower products. We had some troubles checking in, and were unable to get ahold of anyone - fortunately we figured it out. There is no hot plate unless specified. The mattress was exposed, only two pillows, and the spare blanket was damp and had dark black spots. Again, we tried calling front desk for More pillows and blankets, and sent an email, with no reply. On our last day, we ran into a helpful cleaner who provided some additional coffee, which was appreciated. Surfaces and bathrooms were clean, but could use a deep clean in the corners etc. It was a fine place for our visit to salzburg, but we won’t stay here again.

Great location. Easy contactless entry.

The check in kiosk was cumbersome and not easy to use. Property should bring back front desk staff.

Pros : Perfect location / quietness Cons : no housekeeping, not even change of towels.. not sufficient for cooking, but just tea-making for breakfast

Skønt værelse/lejlighed midt i centrum med diverse udstyr som kogeplade og kaffemaskine. Offentlig parkeringskælder som nabo. Renligheden var i top. Lidt besværligt med tjek in....
