ロマンティック ホテル ムオタス ムライユ(Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl)

This was our fourth stay at Muottas Muragl, and for sure we’ll stay again soon. All members of the family love this place and we’ve always been made to feel very welcome. For us it’s just the right balance between not being too fancy or over the top, but still very stylish and comfortable. The food is very good for Switzerland, one of the best small hotel restaurants I would say. The beakfast buffé is great. My only wish is that they could go one step further towards sustainability and completely get rid of the single portion plastic packs of butter, nutella etc.

The hotel is great and well located. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. There was a bus stop right in front of the entrance to the funicular. The experience of staying on the top of the mountain was amazing. We watched the sunset in the terrace drinking a wine with stunning views of the valley.

This 16-room hotel made me feel like I was on top of the world. Everything was first class. The rooms were cozy, comfy and well appointed. The bathroom was clean and modern. The entire hotel has an upscale alpine feel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner both nights in their dining room with Fabio the waiter. The food was excellent - 5 stars without the stuffiness of a 5-star restaurant. We also enjoyed hiking up and around the mountain, which offered amazing views of the surrounding area. For a small hike, we also tried the Philosopher's Walk. From riding up the funicular directly to the hotel to our lovely rooms, fantastic meals and scenic views, this was a truly unique place to stay. We hope to return one day.

Possibly the most amazing hotel location ever. It is truly spectacular, the view from hotel and our room down through the valley to St Moritz, mesmerising! The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, we sat in the restaurant a long time just enjoying the view! Our room was quite small as we had 2 beds for children added to the floor, but having the roof terrace was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful, very strong shower and we enjoyed a bath too. Bus travel into St Moritz is free, making it very easy to get around.

The experience was great! Also, I love that the hotel gave free parking for our car, free train/bus tickets to go around the town, a free funicular ticket, a day sleigh pass to go down the mountain (for free!), and breakfast was included with delicious coffee offerings. The best part was the front desk service - the lady was so friendly and helpful, making the whole experience much more memorable. I would come back.

The location of the hotel is utterly breath-taking. I have never stayed in a hotel with a better view from my bedroom window. The sense of occasion travelling up to the hotel in the funicular is amazing. The staff were all welcoming and helpful in particular in their attention to my son, a wheelchair user. The restaurant was very good with attentive front of house. Entertainment with an alpenhorn duo was a bonus!! A remarkable hotel.

Perfect location, very cosy restaurant, excellent menu. I even had a dinner with live music. Alp Languard, Diavolezza, Corvatsch and Piz Nair just around the corner. View on the lakes is breathtaking.

Such a magical setting for a romantic weekend. Very attentive service with an absolutely wonderful dinner and lovely breakfast buffet. Beautiful room with large terrace and views in every direction. Enjoyable walking trails. We wished we could have stayed longer.
