Everything is perfect except for the air conditioner in room 323. It’s incredibly loud and doesn’t seem to be working right. Also, the bar is supposed to stay open until 2 AM. They closed well before 12AM.

Great customer service. Smoke detection went off around 1 due to low batteries. So struggled to sleep. But beds are very comfortable

Promotion of property on ******* is false. We selected two room king suite on *******. When we arrived at property, there are NO suites even built into the building. We were stuck with sub-par king room. ******* listing boasts “onsite restaurant”, yet there is not a restaurant at the facility either.

I was impressed with how nice and clean the hotel and room assigned was. Only issue was the AC was broken in our initial room. Called front desk and they moved us into another room. So thumbs up to the staff for accommodating us for the night.

The room was nice and staff were great but the breakfast needs work. They ran out of juice and rather than refill it they said they weren't going to fill it until tomorrow. Other than this it was alright.

Cat litter in the room from previous guest. Waited 15 min at the front desk and no one showed up. Needed towels and had to go to the pool area to get them. Tub drain clogged. Left message since no one was available at the desk-my message was returned 11 hours later. Phone in the room didn’t work. Charged me extra fees that I thought were included in my initial booking and prepay for my stay. No one called me to tell me about the pet fee that I thought was included and just charged my credit card. Supposed to get a refund on this but have yet to see it.

The staff were super friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast there. My son forgot his tablet in the lobby when we checked out and the staff found it and called me to inform us. Which we were grateful!!

I called the night before and asked if the pool lift worked. I was coming with 2 people with disabilities and we wanted to swim. also, we would need a stool in the tub/shower we needed 2 beds and needed the stool in a non handicapped room Staff was great, When we checked in reception staff said she would be up soon to check for shower stool and It was present. The lift was another story The directions to use it were worn off we called desk for help no one know how to operate it. we were able to get my friend in the door but only with a lot of assistance was she able to get out The need a folder or something to explain operations and the sticker explaining operations needs to be replaced

Would not stay on the first floor unless you are an early riser. Staff and guest extremely noisy beginning at 6:30am. Breakfast was cold an uneatable. Lip stick on a pig... this hotel has alot of paint to cover up its flaws. It was only 71 dollars per night and the bed was decent.
