The hotel is in a good location, updated and modern. However it is very dirty. Hallways, elevators, inside the rooms,,, even the tv remote was greasy, hair dryer covered with stains. Staff was nice, wallet partking staff Caleb was nice and helpful.

No blackout curtains light shine bright in the room all night. Parking was a mess in valet was expensive. Lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly just transactional. I do like that breakfast was provided. Baseboards in room, need to be replaced. In room was kind of small overpriced. In my opinion not the Hilton brand that I'm used to seeing.

The staff gave us very good service with great kindness. Comfortable and clean facilities. Thanks guys.

Bathroom sink was broken and toilet barely flushed. Lots of highway noise. TV kept losing signal. Valet parking was $33/night- they park under the highway bridge and saw them jump the curb while retrieving car. Positives- room & linens looked clean and mini fridge was cold. Kids liked the Foosball tables in lobby.

The nicest receptionists, so polite and helpful. Room was really large with 2 very comfortable beds. The only issue we had was the level of noise from the street as our windows were by a busy road. Breakfast was good, always lits available and hot choices changed a few days.

Unfortunately, staff is not being supervised and it’s evident. We were given a dirty room that had a fire alarm covered in plastic and a towel, making it clear it had not been walked through before assigning to us. The most frustrating thing was the valet parking, as they often did not have the vehicle ready because they would be sitting around chatting or smoking outside with the front desk associates, while customers waited over 15 mins for the service. Most of the staff was not in their assigned areas and were not complying with their duties. Very disappointed.

The room was an excellent shape. The breakfast were filling and delicious. And the staff were as accommodating as they could be. Highly recommend.

We stay only one night but we couldn’t sleep because all the sheets produce itches on our body

The first room i was placed in had paint chips and construction dust all over the floor and on the bed. The bathroom was filthy as well. I called the front desk and they moved me to a different room of the same size. The second room was just as filthy if not worse than the first one. I was tired and did not want to keep moving rooms so I stayed in the new one only because the bed was clean. I quickly regretted staying in that room when I went to put drinks in the mini fridge and found food crumbs and a dead cockroach. I then discovered makeup all over the bathroom on the door frame, the pillar in the room, "clean" towels and boogers on the wall as well. I realize that $100/night is not much to some, but paying that much a night I do expect the rooms to be clean and presentable. The breakfast and awesome front desk staff made my stay a little better. If I'm back in San Antonio I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
