The amenities were good and the shuttle is available 24/7. The room was nice and there are shops nearby. The shuttle can also take you anywhere is a three mile radius.

I had a great sleep, comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure in the shower was great! quiet rooms, polite guests and pet friendly. close to target, first watch cafe, and shops. you can walk to get what you need.

We enjoyed our stay. Aside from pets barking the stay was great. I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay again

My ac wasn’t working it was extremely hot I put it at 64 it would work for few minutes at a time lots of noise from the room next to us

Room was big comfortable, however the bathroom was wet for my entire stay. The garbage was not removed on a daily basis. There wasn't enough soap to shower for 2 people there was only 2wash rags. When I get in late it was not convenient to be calling for these things that i was expecting to be there. Since house keeping is not done daily it would have been good to just supply those things from the beginning. Also we had a room from Wednesday and it was not cleaned before we left on Saturday. If those things improved I could go back .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked the room last minute as our flight was canceled and the property was close to the airport. When we arrived (about 20 minutes after booking), a room was ready immediately. When we walked into the room, there was a musty smell. When I notified the front desk, they immediately relocated us to a different room and notified housekeeping of the smell. The next room was clean and comfortable.

The staff seemed to not want to provide the services that they say they offered. Couldn't access the free HBO Max that's included. Stayed there for 4 days and given that the towels were still dirty and the crumbs under the sink where never cleaned up, I don't think they were cleaning the room. The shuttle is supposed to run every 90 minutes, they got to the airport after we called. Even when I tried to have a shuttle scheduled, i was told that I might not be able to have it because they might need it for UPS and "UPS takes precedent...". I couldn't call the front desk on the phone in my room. No matter what time of day I got the busy signal. The only time I was able to reach anyone was when I called on my cellphone. 4/10

Staff is great, but the hotel is old and needs a remodeling. Fridge froze everything on lowest setting. Shower water pressure was nonexistent. Coffee maker was horrible - tasted like chemicals.
