ステイ エクスプレス イン ラックランド サン アントニオ(OYO Hotel San Antonio Lackland Air Force Base West)

A great place to stay next to JBSA Lackland. Kinda run down, but decently clean.

I was going to stay for 4 nights but I got bed bug bites the first two nights so I moved to a different hotel. Roaches were crawling in the bed and restroom. When I talked to the management about it, He denied having them, until I showed him the video of them crawling on the bed.

There was roaches crawling on my neck and legs while I was trying to sleep and also there’s no water pressure at all in the room I stayed at room 119 and literally turning on the a/c mini split there was roaches crawling out if you stay here just remember to bring roach killer

Hotel manager cancelled my reservatiòn without notice.Had to find new hotel at a higher cost last minute.

Very dirty roaches everywhere and there were suspicious activity around don’t go here

The facility was dirty, smelled like smoke and had cracks in walls and big gaps on doors. The worst part was waking up to no water, unable to take a shower, brush teeth or pee.

Location is great. Comfort of beds were good. Only downfall was the roaches. A lot of small roaches in the restroom area. None by the beds/living area.

Stayed there because it’s pet friendly then they charge extra so paid it get in the room and place isn’t good at all I kept killing roaches I am praying I didn’t bring them home or on my dogs. Place was 3 world living so bad toilet shakes when you sit on it. Rats scratched on the walls the ceiling could fall threw. Holes in the corners for bugs that place is so so bad and I want a refund horrible deplorable conditions god I pray for this place to shut down people should not have too stay in this nasty place. So sad paid like 180 for 2 nights then 60 extras for my dogs and it was broken inside infestation of roaches so bad! So gross

The property was conveniently ubicated, close to the place I was visiting. Friendly receptionist. The property needs some maintenance
