AC did not work in our room , communication was very poor seemed like we did not get helped correctly .

RUDE ASF STAFF, i get there tired after a long flight and the guy at front desk tell me that there’s only one reservation for me and that it’s cancelled and instead of trying to fix the problem or better explain and help me out he says “no there’s no reservation you’re not staying here” and when i say wait that can’t be i have my booking with me, he says “if you’re going to be argumentative you can leave” and the proceeds to tell me that there hotel is just no longer go to serve me after only 5 minutes of the conversation where he wouldn’t let me talk and verbally assaulted me

I will never stay at this hotel again. The manager has horrible customer service. He doesn’t know how to speak to two customers in a professional manner he was vulgar and profane . He raised his voice to me after I reported two things that were stolen rather than resolving the issue with his staff he kicked me out of the hotel for accusing his staff of stealing. spent three weeks at this hotel spent over $1000 for this type of trea**ent. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody especially veterans.

When we arrived , it was very dirty , trash down both hallways. In the room we had stains on the carpet , tears in the headboard , sheetrock missing in bathroom , none of the outlets worked , TV worked but was messed up on all the way down the left side.

Had a great night with my boyfriend, room was clean and I was able to check in early. Highly recommend

This place what not what you see in pictures the night was rude breakfast was good won’t go back

Carpet dirty with stains all over looked dirty towels were so hard when you dried with them beds were hard not comfortable at all

I only stayed for one night, for some reason the room I stayed in was having some weird noises like an AC fan wouldn’t cut off. But other than that it was pretty good property decent price decent selection for the breakfast.

No hot water in the morning. Had to give a $100 cash deposit for the room but they would not provide a receipt. Got the deposit back at checkout.
