A beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in tiny San Pancho. The kitchen was well-appointed, the room was spotless, check-in was easy, and the staff was mostly friendly. The hotel was full (spring break) so poolside noise was up and running pretty early with all the kiddos. The windows are not soundproof (duh), so the early morning rooster calls were a bit intense for me personally. Otherwise, I would recommend it as a cute place to stay and very good value.

This is a wonderful hotel. It's located in town, the staff is very nice, and the rooms are as advertised. My only comment would be that the desk staff sometimes seemed very distracted with their phones. Overall, it is an awesome place to stay.

Great town. The hotel had a full kitchen in the room making it easy to cook a couple of meals in the room. Doesn’t have a tv but learned you can survive with out one. Convenient to the town. Would return.

Our family loved the Pal Mar... we were lucky enough to have two of the suites because of our size. The kitchens were well equipped, and we made breakfast and snacks daily. A/C and dehumidifier kept our rooms comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and our top floor balcony. We were thrilled with the location. Easy access to many of the great places in San Pancho. We were there over the holiday and the night life was easily heard. From our balcony the nearby live music was special but the late-night pool hall tunes might keep you up into the early hours, if you have one of the street side rooms. The staff was very kind and helped out with whatever we needed. A Christmas gift left in our room was a lovely touch. I would go back in a minute!

We stayed for five days at the Pal Mar and had a wonderful time. A Beautiful 2nd floor room overlooking the pool complete with kitchen and sitting area and large fold away patio doors. The pool and pool area was lovely. The staff were fantastic. A boutique, lovely, get away spot in cute bustling San Pancho.

Charming, beautiful boutique hotel in the best area. I absolutely loved our room and the artistic incorporation with nature. The staff were so helpful and friendly and sweet and chill and kind. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed for seven days!!

The Hotel was wonderful, except the pool area is very small, which is fine for adults. But we stayed when there were about 7 kids, they were just being kids, but we couldn’t get in the pool, they were loud & splashing,the parents were stressed out trying to keep them quiet, it was not a great situation at all, for the kids, or guests. Our room was wonderful! We loved the symphony of rooster and hens in the mornings..

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a kettle and blanket which they provided. Front staff answered questions and did their best to provide information. I was able to leave my belongings while waiting to check in and check out. Late check out was provided and the hospitality was great. I could only book for three nights as the hotel was fully booked. And had to switch rooms for my last night but this was smooth and I knew this a head of time. The hotel is in a great area with a new micro brew place with lovely local music just past the sweet yoga studio next door. And more places opening as you walk further up the block away from town. Of course the Center of town is only a block and half in the other direction. Everything very close. Great spot wish I could have stayed all my time there. They do need to fix the tiles in some of the shower floors. Hopefully they keep up with Maintanance so I can come back. Would highly recommend !

I loved this hotel! The room was lovely and impeccably clean. Beautiful pool area with gorgeous plants and comfortable loungers. I really appreciated the filtered water, and that the hotel encourages recycling and composting.
