Overall, nice and clean and comfy. However I am flabbergasted at how other hotels in the area don’t charge a resort fee and deposit yet this hotel does. I was a solo traveller at this hotel however a group of friends stayed at various other hotels in the area. And did not have the same experience as I did. I left the hotel on Wednesday 11th at 6am and they released the deposit back to me as soon as you check out except this hasn’t been the case and I am on day 7 now. When I have emailed they have told me to expect it to be returned up to 10 days I don’t think this is acceptable. I have already spent alot of money staying at your establishment and property and on top of resort fees and deposit at $400 it’s a lot of MONEY. It’s enough to put you off staying again. I’m a solo traveller travelling on a budget there should be a consideration like a solo discount applies because I can’t believe I have had to wait 7 days and still waiting for my own money to be returned to me. There’s no reason why it should be kept for this long. There’s no transparency with the staff as I feel like I’ve been deceived and lied to as the receptionist stated 1-3 days. I have not caused damaged to the room I can’t understand it and for that it’s been a bad experience. That and the windows aren’t updated you can literally hear every conversation on the seat by passers by, traffic, fire/ police you can hear the shops loading up at 4am for there stock. It’s was awful not one night of full sleep. Very loud and for the price you pay you expect a quite decent night sleep at the least. Awful experience

私の会社は私の2泊の滞在を支払いました。しかし、ホテルでの非常に快適な滞在のために、私はまだホテルのレビューを残したいと思っています。ロビーから部屋まで歩いてすぐ、家から離れているととても快適に感じました。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。フロントデスクに電話した後、誰かがコーヒークリームを降ろすために5分で部屋にやって来ました!!ベッドはとても快適で、大きなふわふわの枕がありました。廊下とロビーは心地よい香りがします。厳しいクリーナー臭いはありません。再び、フレンドリーで親切なスタッフを強調したいと思います。確かに5つ星のうち5つ。

Friendly, efficient hotel, excellent staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at the Hotel Nikko many times on business and sometimes add extra days to see friends and go sightseeing. I highly recommend Hotel Nikko to friends and family.

I have stayed at room 1620, AC is too noisy and not working properly. There is also some sound with fire dedicator which should be inspected! Another point during mu booking I have put comment that possibility of having window opening option, during check in I have asked specifically for it, I was confirmed that window of 1620 opens slightly, unfortunately it didn’t!

ロス→ベガス→サンフランシスコとハネムーンで渡ついた最後の地でした。とても綺麗なホテルです。外観は可愛く、英語しか通じませんでしたが、笑顔で話してくれたフロントの方はとてもいい感じ！ハネムーンということで、チェックイン後部屋に入るとお祝いのワインがサプライズで1本置かれていたり、お部屋も新しいとは言えませんが清潔感があり、好感が持てました。ところどころ、最新技術を感じる点もありましたよ(^^)交通の弁もよく、いろいろ行き来するには最高の場所。周りも22:00 ゴロ までは明るく安全な雰囲気。ただし、近くにホームレスの方しかいない場所があるので、そこには立ち入らないよう気をつけてと言われました。ベッドもキングサイズのふっかふか！移動で疲れた体をしっかり癒してくれました。シャワーもすぐお湯が出ます。ただ、浴槽で体を洗うとなると若干流れが悪いですが、海外あるあるなので気にはなりませんでした。また、日本が恋しくなった時ようにインスタント食品を持ってきていたのですが、ロスやベガスではケトルがなかったり、あっても壊れていたり...ここでやっと綺麗なケトルを貸し出していただき、それもすっごく嬉しかったです！もし、また、サンフランシスコに来ることがあれば、絶対ここに泊まります(^ ^)

素晴らしい滞在をしました-すべてのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧でした。喜びと本当に助けてくれたベルマンのTuanに特別な叫び声。ホテルはサンフランシスコを探索するのに最適な場所にあり、本当に素敵な屋上バーもあります。また、そこのスタッフは素晴らしかった

酒店很新，佈置很新穎。門卡是圓形的木牌。早餐很豐盛。房間就可以看到大橋。酒店服務人員很熱情，最後一天還免費送我們到租車的地方。

私たちはホテルアブリでの滞在が大好きでした。これまで最高の面はフロントオフィスのスタッフでした。フレンドリーで迅速にチェックインしてください。彼らは私たちが入るか、出るたびに何かが必要かどうかを常に尋ねました。彼らは私たちに水とワインで素敵なウェルカムバッグをくれました。部屋は快適で清潔でした。私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めし、サンフランシスコに戻るときに再びそこに滞在します。

スタッフは大変親切で、施設は清潔でした。 朝はコーヒーのサービス、夕方はワインのサービスをいただいて、楽しく滞在できました。 駅の近くのため、観光もしやすかったです。 また利用したいです。
