The hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience.

My friend and I flew down for a quick trip. The weather was amazing and the service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The room was slightly worn looking. The sink in the bathroom leaked if you didn’t turn it a certain way. Tiles were broken in the hallway. We were unaware that with a shorter stay, you didn’t get room service? That was a bummer, but it made us get up and go down for breakfast and start our day! Location was great. A six dollar Uber ride to downtown or you could lounge around on the beach. All in all, we would come back again.

Food is great for the most part especially the buffets. The restaurants you have to book at aren’t really worth it as the buffet is actually good. The bootable restaurants are slow and the food isn’t really any better than the buffet. Really lovely hotel. Pretty simple and on the smaller side compared to giant resorts but is actually quite nice to be smaller and is kept super clean. The beach is lovely and it’s a short walk to the gorgeous old town which has some of the nicest coffee shops u could want. The only one down side of the hotel is lack of sun beds. If you weren’t claiming them by 7/8am you wouldn’t haven’t one for that day.

Everything was great! The Staff was attentive, friendly, courteous. We want to come back soon! I met one of the Chefs and assistant. The food was delicious and had plenty options to choose from.

This property was very disappointing. The elevators weren’t working. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Two of the three restaurants were closed. The breakfast buffet was always half empty. There was no alcohol in their drinks. The place was very dirty and very rundown. It’s in a great location and the beach is lovely but other than that I wouldn’t stay here again.

The view was beautiful! However, breakfast every morning was cold and disappointing. Some mornings the 7am service didn't even start till 7:15 and the food was still cold. Why no warming trays for the food? Lunch service didn't start till 1:00pm. Regarding taking a hot shower, being from California, we conserve water. We were told to let the water run for 7-10 MINUTES for hot water!! Yes, 7-10 MINUTES. Not very Eco Friendly! A few years back we stayed at a different Barcelo property and had no complaints. We would not stay at this property again.

This hotel is so incredibly beautiful and the staff are so wonderful and amazingly friendly! This was our 3rd stay and we will continue to return! Bravo Barcelo' Gran Faro Los Cabos!!

Hotel is good, breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet was good. Entertainment activities need improvement. Restaurant options are not good, and Front desk needs customer service trainings.
