Booked 2 nights through a 3rd party.I was unable to fly and cancelled my reservations. Hampton was unwilling to negotiate any level of refund. Huge disappointment, what seemed fair would have been a refund of the 2nd night as they had time to rebook it. As I said..huge disappointment. I will need to reserve a room on my way home, and I will choose a different chain.
