Old world charm. The floors in the room were dirty. Netting over the bed was creepy. I would not recommend.

Really cute room. Location perfect to walk around old San Juan. Bring ear plugs. There was a frog in the courtyard singing all night

Beautiful place in a unique location. We love the terrace and being in a historic spot. Hard to get there by taxi from the airport!

Everything about our stay was charming. The hotel is OLD - like real old - but so well decorated. I felt like I was staying in Old-timey San Juan. Despite the old feel/look, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was large and nice. Also, the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also very close to a church which makes navigating really easy and the church is easy to spot throughout the city.

Very quaint and romantic hotel. The self check in was pretty seamless. The rooms feel quite tight and the lighting isn’t ideal for getting ready, but it was a comfortable bed. There are undergoing some construction, so the overall aesthetic will be improved when that is finished. Great location for walking and exploring.

This is quite a find. Location is second to none. Staff are helpful. Accommodations, though small, are quaint, comfortable, charming, and romantic. I would stay here again. So glad I choose this place.

First, the staff was friendly. Just a host and one cleaning person. The place is close to lots of the attractions you would want to see in Old San Juan. But the place was definitely not like the pictures. Our room was about 12 x 12 feet with no windows and very dark. It had a musty smell. The bathroom was very small and had a plastic electrical outlet cover on the shower wall with caulk around it. The second floor had 2x4s and plywood for the railing. I went in the dining room to sit down and when I pulled the chair out the arm fell off. There was also what looked like rust coming out of one of the switches.
The place was just really run down.
For us the plus was that my wife grew up about 50 feet down the street, so it brought back childhood memories.
