The staff were sooooo welcoming and provided lots of great information on things to do and eat! All of the staff!

We really enjoyed our one-week stay. The apartment was clean and spacious, and parking was super easy - we always got a spot right in front of the building - which made doing daytrips outside San Juan a breeze. Old San Juan is an easy walk away, and the neighborhood just around the property seems to be up-and-coming with new bars and restaurants. Loved that we were less than 20 mins on foot away from Escambron beach. Overall, a great stay!

La Ferretería was lovely, spacious, and they had a great team and lots of nice amenities on site. It’s a little ways into the main part of Viejo San Juan but a nice 1-mile walk or a quick cab ride away.

The guests service was quick to respond back to my issues. Miguel and the team was very professional, nice, and courteous. I enjoyed my stay and the location wasn’t to far from major attractions.

Great choice for stay! really bog room and inner design. Also, they have really enthusiastic staffs.

It felt like I was a part of the culture there! The staff was amazing. There is a gate that locks the whole complex up, which is reassuring. Everything was about 10-20 minutes traveling in a car too! 10/10 experience truly!
