Fantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable. Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!) Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents. Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming. We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The managers and staff go out of there way to make your say memorable The accommodations are modern yet authentic, the beautiful pool is enticing after one of many tours available All located in the center of San Pedro so access to great restaurants and shops is around the corner Recommend for your stay in San Pedro and Terrantai stay and extra day after all your tours to just chill and relax Terrantai even hosts daily complementary wine in the early evening to end your day Highly recommend

Loved the evening wine tasting as it allowed you to meet other guests and share travel experiences. The staff was amazing and so helpful. This is definitely the place to stay in San Pedro!

Terrantai is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff in a great location.

while atacama is a bit expensive this lodge cost about $200 / night is way overpriced! staff are very friendly particularly front desk agent carla. but rooms are small with no ac/ heating or tv/ phone in room. small bathroom but shower works well with hot water. you would expect a bit more for this price. otherwise, bed very comfortable, loved the location, clean facilities and evening free wine sampling is a nice touch. just a bit overpriced.

This property was a unique oasis in the middle of the Atacama Desert. The owner, Christian, has succeeded in making this hotel special with complimentary tea time at 4 - 6 pm and wine tasting from 7 - 9 pm in the common area next to the reception office allowing guests from everywhere to mingle and get to know each other. Buffet breakfast was delicious every morning including but not limited to fresh squeezed orange juice and other fruit juices, homemade bread, fresh fruits and eggs cooked to order. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary guest offsite parking was in a secure parking lot and each guest using the lot is loaned a key to the gate. I am looking forward to return visit.

Excellent service, especially Christian was so helpful at reception. Nothing was a problem. Our stay there was very memorable and would happily stay there again
