應該是蒙特雷最好的酒店了，設備很新，在Plaza Arboleda 裏面，旁邊有不少好吃的餐廳。房間挺大的，服務人員熱情。 🔔服務：熱情的

The elevators smells like meat all day that is really disgusting The bar area from noon till evening it also smells like meat all around. It’s like a gigantic grill. It is the first time that I stay in a jw Marriott and smells bad. I told the staff and they didn’t care.

Best in Monterrey. Food and staff are amazing. Easy to walk to great parks and restaurants

This is supposed to be the best hotel in the city, well even though is beautiful, modern, new and has the best location. 1. There was only one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. 2. The bathroom drawers were filthy, 3. The coffee maker was not cleaned after the last guest 4. Rough linens and hard pillows 5. Next door nightclub music can be heard until 3:30 am on weekends 6. The lobby smells like food, very strong Good things 1. It is new, it is classy, has a nice bar and good food at the restaurant.

This particular hotel does not stand up for its name. 1. Dirty, they don’t clean the bathroom through. I have pictures of the drawers, 2. The linens were rough, the pillows bulky and hard 3. The lobby smells like food, 4. There is a nightclub right next door, you can hear the music until 3:30 am on weekends 5. They just don’t refill the coffee pods 6. There was only one towel and one hand towel 7 the doors slam very hard 8. The bellboy in the lobby, doesn’t know anything about the parking facilities, they just plain don’t know 9 they don’t have valet parking The place is beautiful , it is the best located hotel in the nice part of the city, it is new, perfect decor, it just doesn’t stand up for the name. It is also the most expensive hotel in the city, that is why I expected a lot
